its a pity what's happening to Magu, but that's what you get when you think you can hub nub with the devil by unnecessarily harassing those who saved your career.

it was GEJ that personally approved the request for reinstatement of Magu into EFCC when they wanted to destroy his career. GEJ did this based on the report that Magu was one of the best investigators in EFCC.

rather than use EFCC to harass the opposition, GEJ concerned himself with instituting policies that made the fight against corruption more effective...

policies like BVN, IPPIS, TSA, FoI, money laundering act etc...

& while GEJ should have done more, especially in terms of funding, there is no gainsaying that without those policies, EFCC would not have been able to trace one cent of the funds allegedly stolen as claimed today...


GEJ & PMB fought/are fighting corruption in different ways...

one with policies, checks & balances... another with hammer & barrel of the gun.

So Sahara reporters was right all this while and I've been there wasting my energy defending Buhari online when the man himself is clueless as to what is going on around him. So Buhari just takes orders from Kyari and Lawal Daura. Its just shameful and pitiful.
So sahara reporters was also probably right about Danbazzau and Buratai trying to suppress the arms probe panel report using Kyari and Lawal daura. I just hope they don't end up harming Magu because that guy is a dogged fighter.
