and you believe that dollar will go above the current price to naira?better leave your money in shares o.2017 has its own policy different from FG policy.

My Oga Sir, nobody pray for such but the government provides the window of such opportunity. Don't forget the government always mention diversifications. And some investors have already began their own diversification that gave room to betting against Naira due to this government stance in not "Murdering of Naira" grin

When it comes to share investing no amount is too small and no amount is too big...Yes, you can start with 100k. There are good stocks to pick on the floor of the exchange. You can go for FCMB, UBA, FBN, ACCESS, UCAP, Total, Eterna oil, All dangote vompanies; flour, cement and sugar and so on.

Mind you be ready to face the unexpected because you have to understand stocks can go up and come down at anytime... But the comfort is to put your money in the good ones with strong fundamentals...

Good luck and welcome to the club

Lest I forget, don't be a stranger on this forum as you will learn a lot and benefit from the experience and technical know-how of erudite members... grin

Been watching Okomu throughout last year.

Pressco is even better than Okomu.

Both are very illiquid especially Presco.
Average daily volume between 300,000 - 500,000 shares.

The incoming President of the
United States of America (USA),
Mr. Donald Trump, is billed to
attend a roadshow put together
by the Federal Government as
part of efforts to attract investment into the oil sector. Minister of State for Petroleum
Resources, Mr. Ibe Kachikwu,
made the disclosure while
unveiling his goals and those of
the Ministry of Petroleum
Resources for 2017 in Abuja. According to him, “We are going
to be seeking to attract
investments and complete all the
MoUs we have in China and
India. We are looking to do a
roadshow to the UK, we are looking to do a roadshow to the
US with President Donald Trump
coming in,’’ he said

I have been following the BITCOIN trend since early 2014 now that it's trending for Nigerians watch it CRASH BELOW 70% before year end. cc:B2BR

The 2 safest investments for 2017 are the FIXED INCOME MARKET and GOLD.

Even USD is not far from peak, it will only consolidate on it previous gains.

*ThE OcToPuS*

Investors in increasingly popular Bitcoin felt the pain today as the price of the crypto-currency fell by 20 percent or over 1,200 Yuan in heavy trading in China, and down more than $100 to just under $800 a coin on comparable US markets.

This follows China’s central bank saying it had launched “spot investigations” on bitcoin exchanges in Beijing and Shanghai in order to fend off market risks.

https://www.businessdayonline.com/bitcoin-crashes-800-china-probes-manipulation-exchanges/

BITCOIN has crashed from $1140 on Jan 4th to below $800per bitcoin as at yesterday Jan 11th 2017.

*TAKE NOTE*

BITCOIN was initially enlisted @ 1cent per coin in 2010.

Imagine the kind of hellish profits the Pioneers are making from it which made them now turn it into a bonus referrals business and some gullible Nigerians that wants to become overnight millionaires are jumping into the bandwagon.
