dunno.. Use US news and other ranking sites. But you should bear in mind that "good" is relative. In all, try to apply to tier 1 schools. They are heavier on research and offer better funding opportunities.

Good morning boss
VO don't seems to believe in calums , I went for interview last week VO held on to my gre score of 323 and gave me a blank GSS form that I would need i would need it to pick up my VIsA only for me to have the shock of my life on Monday when a blue paper came and my GRE result came back with my passport , I must say that was after my 4th attempt , anytime they interview me all they tell me is how Bad CALUMS is, so am thinking I could put in for MBA in another university for coming admission season , I just need a school that accept GRE alone with my credentials and not me trying to write any TOEFL , the truth is am devastated , because I have made plans over the weekend , but then I have moved on
I would really appreciate if you could suggest a school and am even thinking of studying for MSC in accounting either MBA or MSC in accounting
Thanks
CALUMS is a private university in state of California. I believe you choose this school because of the tuition. Am not saying this is not a good school but the school is not rank among universities in US or in state of California. It is unranked. But why this school? State of California have more than 100 universities, do your research. I will not waste my money in unranked school.

University of Minnesota is a good school... your Gpa is on low side and so is your GRE. The most likely reason is these two don't make you a strong candidate for that school ......

Also you state help on school but you didn't state what course. Half information ?

Mr. OluDare01,

I have been looking for you up and down. The PM system is not working. Please something showed up about your school this week and I need to make an enquiry about the application process. I followed an advice by KinematicGuy and I think it's paying off.

First, are you required to submit this health form and sponsor's statement as at the time of application to Tennessee Tech ?

Second, are scanned copies accepted for admission consideration?

I need your mail sir to ask the remainder. Thank you.

GOOD NEWS!!!
I have really learnt a lot here. Kudos peeps... grin grin grin
Guyz do not underestimate your degree. USA is the land of opportunity.
Some Universities In the USA have accepted my ND+HND (Together as an undergraduate degree equivalent to the USA Bachelors Degree)
Guyz, What you do is to search for schools that evaluate transcripts internally by themselves OR you opt to explore the option of WES.
I guess my Upper Credit in my HND result was a plus for the acceptance.
Next for me is to forward my GRE for funding...

Cheers!!!

Name those school please

With your GRE score, you would very likely get funding somewhere else if you do your research well. So tuition as a reason wouldn't count.
That it's a school of management and sciences would also not count as there are hundreds of schools with better management and sciences programs but without that being part of their names.
Look for a genuine reason you want to attend whatever university you pick apart from those above and apply to more than one university as well.

Requirements for Graduate Admission
Academic Eligibility Requirements

For admission to the Graduate School, an applicant must hold a degree from an officially recognized degree-granting institution in the country in which it operates. Degree must be a:

Baccalaureate degree from a regionally accredited U.S. institution or
Tertiary (postsecondary) degree that is deemed comparable to a four-year bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited U.S. institution.

Determination of Eligibility

The Graduate School confirms eligibility for admission of all graduate degree applicants, while programs select and recommend applicants for offers of admission. Final approval of admission to all graduate degree programs lies with the Graduate School.
Official Transcript Requirement

Applicants will be required to arrange for official transcripts/documents (for institutions outside the U.S. documents may include marksheets, record of courses, degree/study certificate, original diploma, etc) to be sent from all post-secondary institutions attended and official English translation if the language of instruction is not English).
Graduate School Review of Official Transcripts

The Graduate School will review all official documents to finalize the offer of admission. An offer of admission will be revoked if official transcripts/documents are not received by the Graduate School within specified deadline(s), or if official transcripts/documents differ in any substantive way from the copies uploaded by the applicant prior to the offer of admission. However, for applicants whose degree conferral is in progress at the time of uploading copies of transcripts/documents, the deadline specified for receipt of official transcripts/documents will allow for the passage of the reported date of degree conferral, and that conferral must be confirmed on the official transcripts/documents received by the Graduate School, in order for the offer of admission to be finalized.
Transcript Falsification

If at any time, including after an applicant has enrolled in the Graduate School and commenced coursework, it is discovered that false information, omissions, and/or misstatements are made in an application – including but not limited to the uploading of copies of transcripts that differ in any substantive way from the official transcripts/ documents – admission, registration, and credit(s) for course work completed may be voided, and information relating to the false information, omissions, and/or misstatements may be distributed to other academic institutions, governmental agencies, and/or other third parties.
English Proficiency

The language of instruction at Penn State is English. All international applicants must take and submit scores for the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) or the IELTS (International English Language Testing System), with the exceptions noted below.
Acceptable Test Scores

The minimum acceptable score for the TOEFL is 550 for the paper-based test, or a total score of 80 with a 19 on the speaking section for the internet-based test (iBT). Applicants with iBT speaking scores between 15 and 18 may be considered for provisional admission, which requires completion of specified remedial English courses ESL 114G (American Oral English for Academic Purposes) and/or ESL 116G (ESL/Composition for Academic Disciplines) and attainment of a grade of B or higher. The minimum acceptable composite score for the IELTS is 6.5. Graduate programs may have more stringent requirements.
Exemptions from English Proficiency Testing

International applicants are exempt from the TOEFL/IELTS requirement who have received a baccalaureate or a graduate degree from a college/university/institution in any of the following: Australia, Belize, British Caribbean and British West Indies, Canada (except Quebec), England, Guyana, Republic of Ireland, Liberia, New Zealand, Northern Ireland, Scotland, the United States, and Wales.

Please note that specific graduate programs may require all international applicants to submit a TOEFL or IELTS score, regardless of their academic background and country of origin.
Application Deadlines

The Graduate School does not have a deadline for processing applications. (Exception: International applicants must submit materials at least four months before the beginning of the semester for which they are applying.) Applicants should ascertain application deadlines by contacting the individual graduate program. Applications should be submitted as early as possible.

You so right
But all the VO that has interviewed always have something to say about the school, which is how low rated the school is, the last VO who interviewed me was surprised I had 323 in GRE and still wanna attend this school

The VO was right. Even I would suspect that you're not a genuine student or something was fishy. A 323 score in the GRE is excellent and should get you into a top tier school with a good chance of funding. It is possible the VO thought that your choosing such a poorly rated school is evidence that you're not so much concerned about the quality of your education as much as just getting into the US. I won't be surprised if they held unto your GRE just tonne sure it was even genuine.

Your problem is that you don't seem willing to do the hard work. I have my doubts that you're interested in studying at all.

Several problems with this:

1. It's obvious you're not interested in school. Why can't you do a search yourself? Google exists, you can call the program coordinators, use email, why do you simply want someone to mention a school to you? Are you not interested in understanding if the school you want to attend has a program tailored to your interests?

2. You've got a very good GRE score, why no interest in leveraging this for funding at a top tier school?

3. Any serious school will not be taking applications now for entry in April...

Bottom line, you really don't care about studying, it's simply a backdor to the US. What you don't realize is that VOs are active on this thread... it would be easy for them to simply recognize you from all the information you've provided here and tag you for visa refusals henceforth. You don't appear serious even to people here... I can imagine what the VO thinks.

Am not hell bent on going to USA , and come to think of it , why are you so concerned about the choice of school I choose to attend , the way you talk though, yet you don't seems to know me , don't be rude , please u don't know me , that's all I cld say for now

It's simple, your score is better than most here... who where able to get into top tier schools and with funding. It's either you're too lazy to find a school or you really aren't interested in studying. You can hyperventilate in righteous indignation all you want. I don't have to go to school anymore.
