Our body is what we feed it with. There are food that are helpful in bedmatics. # Generally, we advise that you reduce your intake of sugary things. # Maintain Your Body System. Eat fruits (especially, watermelon and cucumber) and vegetables, regularly. When eating watermelon, eat it deep into the green part. Also eat cashew nuts regularly. It is good for the prostate. Boiled unripe plantain eaten with vegetables is also recommended. Moderate exercises, regularly, will benefit your body, big time. These food that Osita Ihene (Pawpaw) has before him are also good for you. Do not look down on them, because they easily available and cheap.
