We are considering putting up a gate and a fence in my house because of them. They would just enter our compound and eat my mum's vegetables that she waters every day and her pawpaw that is still growing.

After begging them to stop bringing their cattle to our compound, she started being hard on them when they didn't listen.

My neighbours were thankful the day my mum traveled. They said the chief herdsman came with their whole cattle and entered my compound while I was at work. He sat down somewhere and brought out his knife waiting for who would confront him.

If not for the fact that their Father is now the olori oko, since when did herdsmen have the effrontery to enter people's compound?

If you can drive and you still think the man was justified for hitting and killing not just one or two cows on a good road like this one, then you're only been truthful by half. I'm not the type that'll shy away from the truth, it's you that'll have to deal with it.
It's either he's drunk; he did that intentionally.....whatever reason it is, he'll have killed many people ordinarily and you should be concerned about that just like it should concern you that these cows are huge investment to the owner.

@ the embolden, if you had any atom of sense in you, you would have realized it's the duty of your government either federal or state to curtail the activities of cattle rearers...that's why in other Nations cattles are reared in the rural area and not moved about...do you have an idea of what a "ranch" is?, but your failed State is the reason why cattles roam round the country without restriction.

Back to the topic...it won't have cost the driver anything to blow his horn for the cattles to go off the road, now, he didn't only kill them but made the cattle rearer to loose a meaningful amount of money if those killed cattles have been sold...this act is inhuman and that was why i stated that the driver was heartless.
