lol @bold

Even if you were to work paid for the summer , your salary will not be up to half of international student tuition so how will this benefit any company or person to exchange free internship for total sponsorship ........... Also if your target is a Naija company , Ehnn in this recession, .. This is very tall dream

a more realistic dream is to write SAT study very well for it, have a high score and then see how you can get a full ride or some form of scholarship ,
By that May, most full ride schorlarship program would have closed or u have any idea

First I hope u have paid for May SAT, the window is fast closing. What's Ur High School GPA? With 3.5 high school GPA and like 1300-1450 SAT score u will definitely get full ride scholarship, though work towards spring, '18. It's late to hope for fall '17 scholarship .

Paying dis coming week, Thanks

Hello house..I want to know why VOs ask the question " how many schls did u apply to?" If you applied to only one school and they gave u admission, will it hinder ur chances at d embassy?
And again test is more advisable to write? GRE/TOEFL/IELTS?
Cc: lagosismyhome thanks for the wonderful job you ve been doing. God bless u ma

Very true boss. I guesss she's very right then. I'll just advice her to do something that revolves around that course first, thhenn shift base after graduation. If she can do something like criminal justice or psychology, or what program. Do you think sshe can go for as a prerequisite.

In the US law is not a first degree anyway.. most law programs are second degree like medicine which requires you to have a bachelors degree first plus LSAT exam before entering a JD program

Those are weak. These are not technically significant programs that you cannot get in your own country. Why spend millions of naira studying psychology in the US when you can do the exact same here for far cheaper? Think what the VO would say...

To an extent you are right, but its not applicable in all stance. We have people here spending same millions studying management, communication and media programs. In as much as you can convince the VO, you'll be fine.

I think the person is planning / hoping to end up with a job in the USA, not to return to Nigeria.
This is quite possible, especially if they get exceptional grades as this is what employers are looking for.

Asking the bold question from the VO section will be the best for you to get the accurate answer but it all boils down to know applicants seriousness and if it was carried out by the applicant himself..

Some people applied to a single school or more than one and got their visa approved while some did the same and were refused visa

1 maybe it has something to do with how serious you are.
2 those tests have their own purpose. You write them for their purpose.

All of the questions we ask are because we are trying to find out more about you as an applicant.
There are no "right" answers that guarantee a visa. The only "wrong" answers are lies.

Thanks for the enlightenment. Very grateful

All the basic info she needs she can find by reading this link

https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Law_school_in_the_United_States

In the United States, a law school is an institution where students obtain a professional education in law after first obtaining an undergraduate degree.

Law schools in the U.S. issue the Juris Doctor degree (J.D.), which is a professional doctorate, and for most practitioners a terminal degree. Although most law schools only offer the traditional three-year program, several U.S. law schools offer an Accelerated JD program.......... read till the end

Yes and There are more than one way you can transfer. Is it Undergraduate or graduate you are going for?

Also check the new school you want to transfer to and read their transfer policy or transfer requirement
