There is nothing like Christian name rather u have a christen name "oruko abiso", but because of religion, u can have a biblical name which some people still mistake with English name, like Goodluck, Frank etc

Samuel Ajai Crowther deliberately didn't translate Jacob, Elijah, etc to allow easy reference to source of his information. Mose is Yoruba meaning I found. Jesu is Yoruba meaning I chop winch or I swallow Satan. And This makes Jesus Christ, The Righteous, Lord God and Ruler of Heaven and Earth, Light and Darkness.
