It's amazing how many ladies and guys down this thread be claiming I'm lying. I just discovered from this thread that lots of ladies here think there is nothing wrong with wearing a bra beyond two days in a row. It's amazing how dumb they sound trying to insult me while displaying an apparent lack of basic sanitary knowledge.

All the ladies around me operate same way I operate. If I go to the gym, market, do intensive hse chores, that bra is over for me that day cos of sweat.

I clap for those who can do all the above, and still keep using the bra after days on end. As a rule of thumb, bras aren't supposed to be used daily so as to preserve its elasticity. You're even killing the bra by overstretching it through continous usage.

Ya'll be abusing me anywhere you like. It isn't my fault that I'm a neatness freak. So do your dirt, let me do mine. It's worked so far for me.

Also white bras need to be washed atleast three days interval when used regularly for its cleanlineness.

Yea, I wash it after using twice. If used for a whole day, I discard it same day. It itches if I repeat beyond that.I have a powerful nose and sensitive skin.

Let me assume those comparing a man's singlet to a lady's bra are kids. As a man, the sweat that emanates from your body is always more offensive to that of a lady. Same way you can't compare the vagina to your pénis 'cause the vagina tend to excrete more offensive contents than the pénis. I'm not saying ladies shouldn't take care of their bras, but an average neat girl can go on a bra as often as she wish. It doesn't mean she's dirty. Regardless of how noxious the smell of female sweat is or isn't, the weather is so hot in Nigeria, the sweat accumulated on the bra in a week is enough to drown somebody. You can't compare yourself with females living in temperate regions, that's like saying if meat can last weeks during winter abroad, it should last weeks in this furnace we live in. The logic is beyond me. Does the fact that you don't sweat as much as guys or your sweat smells less odious make you comfortable strapping on a bra soaked in months of sweat?
