This is a typical Abeokuta neigborhood. There is no such place anywhere in the SE not to talk of Anambra as a whole.

The Enugu and Owerri comparison was not necessary

In defense of Yyseke, he actually is from Anambra state. Though a well known Buhari fan and GEJ basher, trust me, when it comes to defending Anambra state, he's in the fore front.

And please, can we not try to taint this thread with Afonja this and that?

When asked me for pix, I said I've posted before and will gladly do so again.

I wonder why you people celebrate so much mediocrity.

Awka is too small for your people not to benefit from government spending on infrastructure.

That's a copy of today's paper with a snapshot at ezinwa square, Umuogbu as I drive on to the next place to take some shots.

Umuogbu is an outskirt of Awka and not the core of the metropolis. I have posted where I stay in Awka and you can see how it looks. See it again.

Umuogbu is not any outskirt of Awka. It is one of the villages that are the foundation of Awka.

You are only proving your bastard status by saying Umuogbu is on the outskirt.

Before you finish saying one Nigeria, we may even have fuel stations in Biafraland that you put money inside the machine to buy as much fuel as your money could buy.

You are truly a bastard because you don't know the difference between an outskirt and core of a metropolis. It is like counting Epe and even Ajegunle as the core of Lagos. What you posted is an area at the outskirt with some of the roads untarred. Untarred roads are even in Abuja. Look at the metro areas.

After some fanatics and bad Belle people will say Igbo's are not developing their area.read well he said after building such in jos he decided to replicate same in Igbo land. one of the problems we have with igbos is that they have invested majority of their resources outside Igbo land yet the people don't appreciate. I urge that this be a stepping stone for Igbo's to come back and invest in their States .

So filling station is now an MOU? So Fuel station has VIP section now? I will come to buy fuel and enter VIP? For what kwanu?

Why do we like celebrating mediocrity down east and down south? You people don't really know what is capital projects!

Before you call me an Afonja, go thorough my posts and threads.

What happened to new factories? What happened to new bridges? New state schools? Upgrading previous ones? What happened to having street lights all over Anambra? What happened to dualizing Onitsha ways? What happened to buying transformers for villages without lights? What happened to new fly overs? What happened to more erosion control projects? What happened to building functional clinics inside villages that lack access to hospitals in towns and cities? What happened to seed and fertilizer grants to farmers? What happened to intensive scholarships to bright students? What happened to building intra city railways from Awka to Onitsha then to Nnewi? What happened to siting state owned poultry projects in different parts of Anambra? What happened to constructing new roads? What happened to maintaining existing ones? What happened to new markets? What happened What happened? What happened!! What happened!!!

Guy, what happeeeened!!!!!!!!!!!
