I think the best way to eradicate this is to establish a law and government institution to deal with it. If their is no law where the victim isn't protected it ll continue but when law protects victim and institution prosecute it ll reduce but its difficult to eradicate unless the difference between the poor and the rich is reduced to a minimal.

I was a victim while working in an office. This was from 3 different ladies
