We can look at it from different angles.

1. A girl is walking on the road then gets to a point where series of guys are either seated or standing for whatever reason. One among the guys screams "Hello!", then she turns and walks straight to the guy, contacts are exchanged and she goes her way hoping for a call later. Such a girl is cheap. She has no self-worth and barely knows such a guy won't have regard for her.

2. He approached her, contacts are exchanged and in the course of their conversation he invites her over the next day for a date or whatever, then suddenly she opens her legs. She's cheap.
