Must it be WAEC office in Lagos?
Walspring:

Yes they do and you will need to go to waec office at yaba beside yabatech to request for your waec result to be send to WES

I went to exams and records and one Mr Promise working on transcript application told me transcript application and sending is now done through ETX-change

They'll always say that. Follow that route and you'll be lucky to get ur transcript sent after 3 yrs.
I sent to Illinois, Massachusetts and Ohio and they all got there between 5-7 day. Don't mind those exams and records guys, they're just lazy. But I paid about 27k for each o.

I have a contact in exams n records. The guy is amazing. I can give you his number if you're an engine student. I think he handles engineering transcript. All I do is pay to him and he gives me the tracking number. The entire process is seamless.

Firstly check directly with the school what their policy is and how you as an international student can get tuition off... that should be your guide.

If not you can write SAT and their policy is they dont give funding to international so what the point

If you've not got the form i20 it's better u defer now instead of paying for the shipment of the i20 twice

You are right. One university said they will give me scholarship between $2000 to $8000 when they admit me. And they don't need SAT, although they asked me my age then and I told them. They said if am above 22 year then I don't need SAT and not only that school said that and am sure some school will offer you scholarship with or without SAT.

Please can someone correct me if am wrong.

Dear VO,

First, in November 2003 I attended an interview at the US consulate in
Lagos, I was denied visa. Currently I'm in Dubai and in 2016 July I attended
an F1 visa interview here but was denied visa. The situation now is in 2003
my DOB was 01.07.1977 but my current passport is 01.07.1981 and my Form
I-20. I was asked by the VO the reason why there was a change of year in my
passport and before I could answer the question I was disqualified on that
ground.

How do I salvage the situation as the same school have re-enroll me with a
full tuition waiver and assistanship to work while studying. How do I defend
this misfortune that has befell me and has been plaguing me since that last
visa denial.

Can I use a lawyer? any information will be of great help.

Thank you in anticipation, waiting for your favorable response.

if a graduate applicant using WES evaluation reports want to upload a copy on a University application page.
Are we required to upload university official transcripts again along with the WES Evaluation Report ?

I'd suggest you find out what the school requires you to upload. Do you really have a copy of your "university official transcript"? shocked If the school isn't specific about what u need to upload, you could combine d WES evaluation report and your university transcript as a single file and upload......

The gurus here may gives better suggestion....

WES !
Most schools are familiar with WES already
So no issues. Plus the fact that WES adds that little boost to your GPA on a 4 point scale.

But contact ur school and let them know you want to use WES.

Lawyer can not do anything ....non immigrant visa is at the discretion of the embassy and not a right ..

Also this two different date of birth has put your credibility and application in fraud alert. It also impossible to correct if you have gone twice to the embassy with 2 different DOB.....as there is no reason that can justify two dob ,two passports same person....inconsistencies are a big no no.... .. all the best as u try to sort it out.

I have not used WES ...however using logic then WES evaluation is sufficient as that the purpose of using their services in the first place
