I was gisting with my friend and he said he has dated ladies far older than him. He said he likes dating older women because they are more caring, mature and calm. He also said they tend to give quality advice, think more and act responsibly.

Thinking about that, I will say age is just a number. You can’t reallly choose who you want to fall in love with. You find yourself loving someone without planning it and you later get to know you are younger than her. Will you because of that say you should put an end to it. A big No…To me I think it’s even more romantic. Yeah…I dont see any big deal dating a younger guy or an older lady.

So what do you think about dating a lady older than you or a guy younger than you?

Lol @ greatness. That's why I'd never be with anyone much younger because I guess it awakens motherly instincts. Just imagine a lump of a man waiting for you to provide for him. Uvelaphi ndiye! That'd never happen even if he is so good & can spin around on his balls grin

The truth is its either you learn from other people's mistakes or experience will teach you. Most of the older ladies have been forced to learn from experience hence they are now wiser while the younger ones still refuse to learn from people's mistakes so thereby their own experience will teach them in the future.

But trust me there are still wise young ladies and foolish old mama's.

The first lady I dated when I left sec school was 5years older than I was and she was not that wise believe me neither was I.

Hmmm...my take is:

Dating younger men may happen to any babe without her aiming for it. However, though they say age is nothing but number, don't be deceived. Stay away from younger men. This is Africa where men are the automatic head of the family, its a bit tedious for said men to be younger than their partners. No matter how cool you two start out to be with the age thing, it will creep in as time goes by. Especially when faced with real life situations where the woman gets a bit too vocal. Marry your mate or an older guy...don't invest emotions unnecessarily. Na word o.
