A good SOP can help you with the rejection. from your profile your bachelor's degree is not in line with your work experience, I suggest you explain explicitly why there was a change in career. In addition, I presume you want to quit your current job to pursue MA in french language (Inconsistent career wise). If you can convince the VO why you decided to study MA in french and how it would increase your career progression then the issue of "Purpose of visit" would be solved. Finally, your plans after graduation should be explained in detail.
I could help you review your SOP if needed.
@bold oil dey your head bro, you v spoken well. if a program relates to our undergraduate, still let it be in accordance to our current employment, activity, job responsibilities etc. if there is a bridge, you will have to write and write and write and convince and write and write till even 4pages sef about why sudden diversion, which may not be an assurance at the end.

@bold your are on point. I do say SOP is not a must. when things are reasonable in the light, leave out SOP, If you must write, write a good one, a bad one may even cause your refusal

I think you should send a mail to the embassy in accra telling them of the situation you have and the urgency in it. They will better respond and advise you on what to do.

Do not be scared to send a mail to the embassy. It will not affect your application as long as you do NOT make a formal request to withdraw your application.

I sent a mail yesterday and i got a reply from the embassy today that if i require my passport i have to withdraw my entire application. I don't know if i should do that because this is 7weeks and no medical mail yet. So confused right now.

yes u can use 2 sponsors but they will write a letter of support each, ur family friend will have to convince the vo why he wants to spend on ur education and to show commitment let ur family friend pay ur tuition fee or let him pay the money he intend supporting u with into ur bank account (cos he is a 3rd party). As for ur dad he will also need a letter of support but his own won't be as tasking as that of ur friend since u being his son is enough reason to pay for ur education .

Please CBN can not reject your form A through your sponsor acct, your bank did that and there must be reason for that.

1) Are you transferring the fund to your school or another acct?
2) Does your acceptance letter state your tution and other fees?
3). Your sponsor act, is it up to 3 mths in operation?

You can PM me for more clarification.[/quote]

this is very tight bro, just like I said earlier it's ur call to make. if it's me I will have to withdraw the application and go for the training and if I can come back on time I apply for trv again. u can still apply for trv in June cos that's even when I intend applying by God's grace. That's my own take on this, but this isn't about me but about u

Will your school not accept a certificate stating you studied in English? I know some schools do.

from my little understanding they do. why not try Germany or any other European countries (I know u won't like UK)

Sorry are you saying USA can contact Canada for my info?

I know Canada do contact USA.
My challenge is that I currently have an ongoing student application in Canada and I'm planning to apply to USA next month. Canada app processing will be 2 months by then. Is it possible for USA to contact Canada to verify details?
