Following the re-structuring of Med years from 6 to 7,...do med freshers still take Advance phy chem bio? or direct to Bms?.....Has the number of M.B exams increased?

Sorry but i entered via Direct Entry, I didnt use jamb, but you should be looking towards getting some A's and few B's in waec and a very high jamb score. Also make the right choices. Let ur catchment be on your side plus God.

Especially 200l medicine
In mine its lectures 8-6 practical in between

ours at NDU is 8-5pm including practicals with an hour break 12-1pm in between lectures.

Why change Mr man. Probably u have not been advised on what dentistry is all about. Seek advice from ur senior students then u will know what u are fidling with. Dentistry is as good as medicine

I love the profession but with my research I discovered that a dentist may not be as successful as a med doctor i.e general medicine in developing countries like Nigeria but if u av any advice u can give I will be very greatful coz I really need it

Everything in life is about destiny. what's the assurance that medicine is ur calling. pray to God for divine direction. many are seeking for what u are rejecting now. I have a younger brother in the same dentistry Oau. He is currently in part 2
and a very brilliant one for that matter. He has the same problem before but perfectly settled now. since u can't cross to medicine I think u must make the best use of what u have now. conquer white house first then everything will be ok

That's good.
Hope you had good grades in other subjects too, bcoz in this Waec results dey send results errands fah.
But with the large quota, of UI, I think you have a chance, 5As is good.

Are you already studying Dentistry in OAU?
Well, you might need to be very focused are extremely careful.
Dentistry in OAU aren't beans just like Medicine.
People who are brilliant do repeat.
Same in Medicine.
In fact, there aren't almost any difference,but there is difference between Medicine and Dentistry.
We have the same Medical Association.
And just like a fellow said earlier, there aren't intracollege crossing in OAU, save, you hadn't matriculate.
For real,you will face same stress, and lackaidasical attitude could be costly.
Our Alumni that came recently are both medical and dental practitioners and they made it big in USA. They have their stories to tell.
