I like ur spirit. Let me tell u the truth, everyone pass through this very junction before either willingly or unwillingly. The first stage of ur healing is ability to speak out. Mastubation is very dangerous. I was in ur shoe before but I'm free now for the past ten years. Look, there are some steps u need to take to stop masturbation if u are not yet married. One, see mastubation as abnormal and something u must get rid of cos u may not believe it, there are some evil spirit with the act and this make it difficult to quit.
Secondly, stop watching pornography and delete any sexual picture or movies on ur phone. Stop reading anything relating to sex either on romance section in nairaland or novels.
Third, stop being in isolation for now until u conqure the act. Also dedicate ur time to something meaningful rather than sex. Run to God for help and make determination to quit at all cost.
Finally, there is something attached to masturbation that some of us don't know. Masturbation goes with badluck and intense hatred from people. U must notice that u hate urself once u engage in the act. That is the feeling of people towards u as well. I'm in my 40s and I assure u that u can only conqure by ur own will and determination.
