Congrats to all mamas that has put to bed, may Almighty God watch and keep ur lo. I was patiently waiting for Saturday so I can get a positive news concerning the heart beat, only for me to start having cramps all through yesterday and i was spotting.hmmm toward evening the cramps became unbearable it's was like I was having contraction every 5mins. Went to d hospital this mrn nd they gave me an injection and was sent to scan ,they couldn't find the baby again only for me to go nd pee and i popped it out and blood everywhere. I couldn't believe it, was so shocked but relieved as well,my baby at 11 weeks was finally gone. Hopefully I will join u all soon by God's grace.

Please stay strong cuz God is going to overfill your cup with blessings. He will give you double for your troubles cuz He is not a man that he should lie...

Don't panic, remember some of the foods we eat contains some of these things already mentioned (folic, ferrous/iron). Are you taking pregnacare breastfeeding? Do you feel pain when you poop or after pooping? Is there blood in the poop? Do you want to starve yourself cos of poop color?
Check if you added something new to your menu..

And to think that I just returned from my first ANC, and nobody said anything about routine drugs...

Folic acid is good but i dont kn if you've heard about PRONATAL. Its very very good. Cus it has all d essential vitamins,nutrients,etc. Dats wat ive bn using since my first belle. U can use it before/during/after pregnancy. But u wont b needing d folic acid cus its already in it. Its abt #3000. U can try it and see if not continue wit yr folic acid.

I am finally in the second trimester, 14w 1day today and want to thank God for making it this far. I have not had any MS or any weird cravings, apart from the on and off pain I get on my left side as I was diagnosed of fibroid , it's been smooth and sometimes I wonder if everything is ok there lol. I pray it continues this way, find out gender next month, already getting impatient

I also reacted to it in the early stage of my pregnancy that I stopped taking it and started taking only folic acid. During my first ANC, I asked the doctor to prescribe another blood tonic, but he said I should continue with the ferrous. That it wasn't the reason I had those terrible symptoms. I yielded and it's been good since then.

@ bolded, if you use general, you will be the one to be asking all these questions o. Don't expect them to talk about it unlike private where they will give you the routine drugs every ANC.

I read your post about the fibroid and I really wanted to reply but for my phone ish. Teamie, I had the same issue with you o, fibroid at 12 weeks scan Mine was even two The pain was hellish

They told me it would last till around 20 weeks. Pain didn't reach a week. I refused to use the drugs prescribed for me cos doc said it was risky at my stage and could only be used if I could no longer bear the pain.

I noticed the pain stayed when I used fesolate with my routine drugs, but when I exempted it, the pains would disappear. So I stopped taking it and we're doing good. I try to supplement with foods rich in iron though.

May God keep us through till the end and give us all testimonies.
