Why the sudden reversal?

I am tipping UAC-PROP to record one of the highest returns this year. Management has taken a bold decision to venture into retail/residential space against the luxury and commercial segment which is experiencing a downturn. The FGN is focusing on mass housing schemes in many states in the country in partnership with Private investors (the likes of UAC-PROP). The focus will not be on the loss declared in their financial report in achieving this gain.

Disclaimer: Took position at about N1.89 and would therefore not encourage anyone to take position now. Do your DD, then watch for a pullback

MKT is reversing.
This is the danger of joining an already moving train.
I expect jijo ppl to jump out now from fbn and reversing others b4 it turns to full offer like Mobil.
Does anybody know the exact date of the buy over?

It has happened in FBNH. Knew it wud come but didnt know when. Better to play safe always.

Focus on what brought you to this thread. He is not the only one that makes claims that the market disregards. In fact, we all do. Once an individual gives a pick that turns out right, there's every tendency for him to think he is infallible. Chest beating is largely a human phenomenon. Even a dead clock is right twice in a day.
