Dr has to burst it everytime.
If your contractions are regular and increase in intensity, you're most likely in labour.

Biko I've a question, is confusing me.

I'm 4days late asin I've not seen AF for 4days. My ACL was 25, but after giving birth it changed to 23 but later normalized. I've tested with home pt but reads -ve. Now I'm having a little spotting (light brown), noticed it only in the morning but won't see it again (today is the second day) Googled it was seeing implantation. Tested this morning was - ve again, should I go for blood test or wait till next week to check again. Didn't notice this with my mini me, missed AF for 3days and viam it was +ve abi is my hormone playing with me.

So yesterday I went 4 my second post-natal visit!After doc ask all wetin him wan ask,he told me am officially dismissed from deir clinic and he sent me to family planning clinic witout waste of time!On getting dere,d asked me to go and get a card which I did and I was presented wit d options to choose 4rm!Me I knw am not faithful wen it comes to taking pills,injections is a no 4 me(na to d go hospital after 2mnths or so to d collect am),den d iud,i no gree 4 dat one too so I ended up selecting d arm implant!Witout waste of time,i was transfered to anoda room and s procedure was done witin 5mins!These pple no d dull !Atleast I fit d do d do witout fear of belle 4 d nxt 3yrs or weneva am rdy to carry!

Would they cut you open to do the arm implant? I think this injection is the most friendly for me, who is the injection and how reliable is it

bolubej, it's Braxton hicks. I be en customer lol. I've been getting them since about 15wks, same as in my first pregnancy. Can be quite scary though if it's new for u so u shld mention it to ur care giver so they can check u out n assure u things r fine....on the plus side though, I think it makes baby comes quick since ur body has been preparing tey tey I had my first at 37wks1day n he was (still is) strong as a mule All the best ma'am. Oh that sounds simple, did you feel any pain at all? And is this the one that makes your period go away, that's the greatest pro of all.

@sansa143, I did 5 years implant as 3 years wasn't available and I reduced in weight . ( No diet ooo, intact I ate anyhow) .was 65kg pre -preggy, 75kg Preggy and post Preggy 60kg.

Garden eggs really helped my stomach especially , I second ahnie's comment on that.

The Health care professional that did the implant gave me some additional important information:

1. Do not lift heavy items or use the hands for strenuous activity for a week( 7days)
2. No "Doing the Do'' for a week ( I extended mine till 10 days)
3. Ensure that spot is kept dry also for a week especially when bathing


ermmmmm Naomi14, yes it fails sometimes, the woman that came to redo the arm implant before me actually said she got pregnant while the implant was in and had to come remove when she noticed she was preggy .


Planning to remove mine soon as hubby has started telling me of different people that birthed around the time I did and the "baby igbayen "now have aburo
