Here in Barkin ladi, plateau they are been supplied by a private company named, NESCO, 24hrz a day. The community are used to seeing lite everyday.

I don't why FG is not fast tracking 'embedded power initiatives' it's a quicker way of solving d power situation

NESCO is very efficient and the bills are crazy as well. My generator didn't work the whole 9 months I lived in Rayfield.

I just move to this neighbourhood in Gbazango Area of Kubwa and the light situation is one of the worse in Nigeria. We get as low as 2 hours of electiricity in the morning and 2 hours at Night.

Surprisingly, the adjoining areas like Federal Housing, Dantata Estate, other parts of Kubwa, Dutse Alhaji and even the closest which is Arab Road enjoy almost 24 hours of Light.

All entreaties to @PHCNnigeria to atleast reconnect the Area which has been regarded as kubwa village to the 33 KVA line which Arab Road uses has fallen on deaf hear. Someone please help me get the attention of @tundefashola to come to our aid.

At Army estate, Kurudu, Abuja, we enjoy almost 24 hours power supply.

I reside in osogbo at the moment and to tell you the truth, I regret every moment I have ever spent elsewhere...24hrs power supply, infact there is awareness on radio whenever the light is faulty for a minute....walahi, I suffer when I dey Ibadan....

Osogbo, Ede and Ilesa. Good power supply.

Reason: Osogbo is home to the National Control Centre.

You stayed in the wrong parts of Ibadan. I have never lived anywhere in Ibadan with less than 20hrs power supply per day. Formerly Bashorun, then Ashi (Osu Naira Express), Aerodrome Estate etc. Don't even let's start talking of Akobo wink

Pls do u have any idea how much a 2bedroom flat goes for at Aerodrome Estate?

Nigerians produce their own electricity via generators, own security via maiguards, mend their roads since govt won't fix it, etc etc so what is the purpose of a govt exactly? Sigh.

Except you really have a lot of cash stored up, I suggest you think of another area. Most houses there aren't for rent so its really expensive. If you insist tho, I can ask my agent for you. Prepare to pay around 300-350k though...I would however suggest you consider other areas with same facilities but definitely cheaper.
Re: What Is The Electricity Situation In Your Area? by Nobody: 2:50pm On Jun 15, 2017
You can get as low as N9500 for inverter without battery charger and N29000 for inverter + battery charger combination. Ever since I got an inverter, battery charger and battery, I don't really care about Nepa anymore.
