Sometimes you have to go for what you believe.... Maybe the dude is shy, insecure etc who knows?! But then, if it doesn't happen, and you KNOW this guy is "it", you would do absolutely nothing?! If that is the case then yes, your ego is in the way of your happiness... Such that you couldn't even be the bigger person and ask him out. Your fear of being rejected is in the way. Indeed very sad because you would be missing on so many fantastic things in life.

If he's shy or insecure then he's obviously not my type of man. I like those with self-confidence and outspoken. Second case, there's nothing to be sad about 'cause if one door closes, another opens. That's how I view life.

Yeah...a fantasy world in their mind, and the chase gets their egos so pumped up to the point they would rather lose the guy than make a move. They have such a high sense of self (way too high IMHO) that they can't even come to the dude's "level". Haba!

The feeling was not normal at first,and also giving back the reply was a hard task but I was sincere with all of them,told how I felt and all...and we were all cool
