Is there a difference in services to warrant such wide disparity in pricing? Is the Children's Practise for children literally?

Lol! Children practice isn't for children alone. For people doing medical on request they prefer IOM cos they said it's faster (they send result to cic within 2 days if am not mistaken) while children's practice takes around 5 days or so. I always advise people going for upfront medical to use children's practice as its cheap and since cic won't be needing the medical details that urgent. NB: I think the difference is just few days

Congrats! McGill is probably the best school in Canada. How much do you have to pay? I was rejected to their law school. Are you studying to be a pilot? What degree? Have you gotten your TRV? There is special scrutiny for TRV for all would be pilots internationals.

Since 9/11 and the encounter with student terrorist who hijacked commercial jetliners and rammed them into building, anyone going for piloting school is suspect until proven innocent. Both the U.S. and Canada in defence of the homeland, have taken extra measures to vet all applications for piloting TRV. Somebody on this forum just the other day, indicated CIC called his school in South Africa and Kenya to verify the authenticity of his certificates and the bona fides of his student status there. This is one among many steps we probably don't know about about, that they take. I would say if you have nothing to hide, to keep calm and enjoy the ride.
