Who are you fooling?

Yeah, I'm advertising my site but it's genuine ...can't say so for yours..

Dailyposts leaves all those educated jobless Brits with English as a first language and comes to Nigeria to recruit half backed writers, leaving their door open for scam to walk right in.

Even Google won't do it which is why Nigerian AdSense takes months to get for bloggers however good. .... (by the way i got it in 5 days).

Time will tell. Please, those that start the trial s on Monday should let us know how it goes. If it's real, how do you intend to write 4500 words in a day(10am-5pm) with the kind of quality they expect? That's in 7 hours! It is well.
Why are you people like this. You sell pure scam, instead of unfollowing the thread and going to church today to give testimony, you're still here trying to know the result of a scam.

These lowlifes on Niaraland scammed a friend 70k just few days ago. Una no go hear if dem dey tell una.

It's such a pity that this thread has been derailed by different people with different motives.

1. We are not scammers. We have not asked anyone for any payments or used any writing from the trialists. We gave a timeline for payment and we have started paying out already. If we haven't collected any payments from anyone, what is the scam? What scammer company trains writers and doesn't ask them for any payments and still pays people that failed the recruitment process? It is fine to feel apprehensive about what you do not understand but irresponsible to throw unfounded allegations.

2. The calculations about what we pay are unfortunate. It is easy to calculate how much an experienced writer can possibly make working on Freelancer and Fiverr. We are giving inexperienced hands an opportunity to become experienced. We can't start paying thousands to people who have never written a post used anywhere before from the beginning, people that can't differentiate between a landing page and a guest post. If people cared to read posts from this handle before now, some of the confusion would have been cleared. If you feel you can't work for the amount quoted, ignore it. Posting hypothetical figures will not help anyone.

3. We do not have plans of using your data for anything. Allegations of hacks and the likes are baseless.

In summary, please ignore this thread if it is not for you. We have over a dozen Nigerians working for us, some since 2012. We have had over 1500 applications today alone from this thread. Clearly, not everyone thinks we are scammers!

Thanks to everyone that has helped to spread the word including the moderators. We are always here to respond to genuine issues.

Instead, he switched to being the canvasser of the dailyposts thereby exposing himself further as a fraud.

Nope, just replying to a comment i saw on the thread you created with your lies.

I happen to be a writer. A very good one.

There is no way in hell you can pump out unique contents of 3500+ words all day and still have time to put out so much face time on Nairaland. How many guys have told you to produce that screenshot of your earnings now and you are still talking?

Alright, let me make things easy for you. Paste here a link to just one of your works let me go and admire it.

Pls no talking mind you ...just the link.

Atleast find a little time to think before you write.

If you follow the thread you will know when I applied to dailyposts and this is a recruitment process forwhatever sake you believe in. So I am wondering what you want me to post! Link to what exactly?!

If you want people to follow your blog, nairaland is big enough to contain your own thread. No need becoming a nuisance on another thread or causing confusion here.

The last time I checked, no one forced anyone to register or participate. It is just another thread you can walk past like you never saw it. But those who were interested, came in and registered just like me.

If you need clarifications on certain issues, I believe everyone here is mature enough to ask questions the right way. Luckily for us, a room has been provided and believe me this doesn't happen with every company.

The whole lot of people causing confusion and creating doubts here have other motives. Many have introduced themselves already as writers and bloggers seeking traffic and attention.

All I would say, is if you want to register, do so and make sure to put in a good article for yourself and if you are lucky to be selected for the trial. Give it your very best. It isn't just writing...you will understand when you get to that stage.

I will always give out a good word for anything genuine so others can benefit.

Sadly, I didn't make it past day 2 at the trial because there were certain things I wasn't familiar with plus I didn't have a laptop to work with. But I am happy to have been selected for the trial even if I only could last 2days. I learnt alot believe me and it will serve as a foundation for me to be better and I know I will become a better writer because I have gained a little exposure in that area and I have materials to read and digest.

When next I apply, I will give it my very best. So, if you are good, be sure to show it. It is really an amazing opportunity for us all. Alot of us work for other crazy firms for peanuts and we don't evn complain.

If words could make you earn so much, you sure would give out alot.

But if you are headstrong on castigating, take your time and continue while others make a future for themselves.

It is true that you can't force a horse to drink water even after showing it the river...

The only thing I believe the white can do better than you is twist their tongue and speak good English but when it comes to writing I believe 'English' was the first language you wrote down. So you are on the same level with them because they also learnt how to read and write the same way. If one of them believe you are good enough to work for them, I still wonder why you would think less of yourself.

Give yourself a chance to be productive... leave that your Nigerian mentality alone cause it has so far taken you nowhere!

And like I stated before, I wonder the kind of writer you are that passes only a scammer's exam! I've read this thread from start to finish and I find some of the comments on here quite unfortunate. The internet (Google specifically) is there for us all to use as an investigative tool but we refuse to do this and rather decide to jump to spurious conclusions.

I did a quick search on the "whois" website for information on "dailyposts.co.uk" and the registration contact came up as Jim Cummings with a Southampton address in the UK. The website was registered in 2012.

I then went a bit further to do a search on "Jim Cummings" and nothing of note came up until I decided to search for "Jim Cummings Southampton" and one of the results I got on google was for James Cummings CEO of Dailyposts.co.uk. I'm sure we all know that people named James are sometimes referred to as Jim, just as William is referred to as "Bill". So, James (Jim) Cummings is the CEO of dailyposts.co.uk.

There's a Linkedin profile for James Cummings with his picture on there and the dailyposts.co.uk logo in the background. This is the same logo on the dailyposts.co.uk website.

Now, if you do a further search for James Cummings on Google, you'll find that he has some presence already on the internet with a couple of blogs to his name.

This is my own little way of connecting all the dots, and this company looks legit as far as I can see. Also, a quick look on the dailyposts.co.uk website explains why this company will be needing writers regularly - it is a writing company.

My advice to anyone who wants to take up this offer is; give it a go, give it your best, as long as you're happy with the working conditions/wages. Nobody's asking you to make a payment for anything, so I really don't see how this is a scam. If you're worried about your email being hacked and all that, for goodness sakes create a fresh email address just for this purpose.

As Nigerians, we're always a bit reticent about anything virtual, but we need to start moving with the times and start believing that genuine opportunities exist out there.

All we need to do is a bit of due diligence.

I am glad there are still few sensible Nigerians around. The others yelling scam either failed the test woefully or simply can't reason properly.

When I saw the Ad on jobberman I had similar apprehension. But I took the test after carrying out all the investigations u suggested, and found out that the company was truly legit.

I must say that I don't regret it one bit. I have been in their employ for over a month now and its been a delightful experience. It is not easy though because I do struggle to meet the word count target. In fact I also write on weekends to reach the 3000+ target.

But slowly my writing efficiency is improving.

Again it is not a job for the lazy. But there are vast contents on the internet to work with so it is possible to accomplish it.

Also the company is not related to dailypost.co.uk, which is a news site. It is dailyposts.co.uk, a copywriting and content writing agency.

By the way people doubting my identity can check my post history, I have two incomplete short novels on this forum already. Good luck

You have to be patient, I think the company is short on administrative personnel, so their response rate may be slow at times.

I had to wait for nearly 2 months before I got an invite to the trial. In fact I had forgotten about it. So just be patient. You can send an email to their admin to be sure though.

You cannot be successful by castigating others. The best way to be successful is to be better at what you do. Find other ways to promote your stuffs and improve on your marketing strategy.

You won't go far if you try to destroy others just to make face for yours. Change your mentality. Be super creative with your own work. It will surely speak for you.

believe that!

And what does that have to do with the scam you are promoting? You were asked by some concerned applicants to upload proof of payment, you blatantly refused, yet you expect them to bank on your phantom testimonial? This wouldn't have been blown out of proportion if you had obliged their requests but you chose to be petty.

The 3 tests are just to ascertain your aptitude for writing. The main challenge is the trial. Its where your creativity shows.
But be patient and don't be too anxious, it may take a while b4 you're contacted for the trial. It took them over a month to contact me 4 the trial.
