The KANU guy has violated the bail conditions but it seems that National Security Council does not know the next step. Buhari made mistake initially, he should have let the guy be feeling like a king behind the microphone in his radio studio.
Police said that what paramount to them is to maintain law and order. So, they are not responsible to arrest the law offenders

Nnamdi Kanu is not obeying the bail conditions because the bail conditions have been transferred to Muhammadu Buhari who is now observing them;

1.) Don't be seen in the midst of more than 10 people - when was the last time you saw Buhari in the midst of more than 10 people?

2.) Do not grant interview to the press - Buhari hasn't spoken to the press since that condition was given.

Believe it or not, Nnamdi Kanu is a man highly respected by SS and SE because he is bold enough to speak the minds of his people. Even the elites in this region adore him even though they may not openly admit it. What did Nigeria gain arresting him in the first instance? Nothing! Rather the agitation for Biafra became stronger,they made Nnamdi kanu a demigod . Have you not noticed he walks in the midst of his people with no armed security? The people around him who barricade him is to avoid stampede because he is a man most Biafrans would want to touch to tap his courage . Can Okorocha Rochas or Obiano walk with unarmed police without the crowd stoning them to death? Rearresting Kanu can only make Biafra agitation grow stronger.
