You are one of those people who think that marriage is a useless step in life.You think that life can be good minus marriage too.Then maybe you need to be aware of some good reasons as to why people get married. You are looking at substantial arguments to tell you that marriage is not that bad, after all. Here are some reasons that you should get married.

Reasons that why you should get married are:

1.You have a stable sex life: When you get married, you get the license to have sex with your husband whenever you want. You don’t have to feel guilty or ashamed about it, because both of you are in a happy, healthy relationship together, and having sex regularly is a part of it. Plus, with one loyal partner, there is no risk of STDs, as would be the case if you were single and having sexual encounters with various people.

2.You face low mortality risk: It has been proven by scientific research that married people are likely to have a longer life, as compared to single people. So if you love your life and want to lead a longer one, then marriage will affect your longevity directly. When you try and study this logic properly, you realize that marriage is the focal point to better health and wellness; as a result of which, people end up living longer.

3.You get lifelong companionship: Everyone likes to have that one stable friend to depend on for everything. With marriage, your husband becomes that stable friend for you. Irrespective of whatever good or bad happens in your life, he will be just a call away for you. And he too will never be able to move away from this position, because the bond of marriage will make him liable to be there for you, even if it means rescuing you from a road accident urgently, or leaving work to come wipe your tears when you’re in some problem.

4.Your standard of life improves: With marriage, your chances of moving out of a poor neighborhood to a better one increase. Moreover, since there are incomes of two people (you and your husband’s), focusing on one household, obviously your spending power and quality of life become better. Your husband too will take extra steps to get you good things because he will consider it to be his moral duty and responsibility.

.You get a new family: Marriage will make your husband’s family, your family. This means that you get a lot of new relationships to look at and enjoy. You enjoy the bliss of a bigger family, with more people to share your joys with. 6.Your friend circle expands: When you are single, you can only do a limited amount of activities with your single friends. Your married friends would be interested in some other activities. However, when you get married, you can do the same activities as your other married friends. You can go on couple gatherings and trips. Plus, your husband’s friends will also become your friends, and so will their spouses, thereby expanding your friend circle. You get a more active social life, with great friends to look forward to.

7.You’re safe and secure for life: Marriage also makes you pretty safe and secure for your life. Your husband will make sure that there are some savings for you, even if he passes away. Moreover, you have him around in the same house, and so you don’t need to be scared about living alone. Plus, your parents are happy that you have a secure future, with a stable partner to take care of you.

8.It enriches you as a person: Marriage has the ability to make a person mature, smart and responsible. You also become more sensitive, understanding and supportive. In other words, you start to become a better person, who handles problems in a responsible way, and not immaturely. This is great for one’s overall personal growth.

9.Your chances of being successful in life are higher: With so many good things that marriage does to you, there is great mental peace and satisfaction that you attain. It’s because of this mental wellness, that you’re able to focus better on your work. Your concentration and efficiency increases, thereby helping you to get promotions at work. This way, your chances of being successful in life are pretty high. In fact, there have been several studies, which have proven that married professionals are more likely to perform better than single ones.

10.It gives a meaning to your life: Traditionally, marriage is a bond of commitment, and once you step into this phase of life, this relationship will add a new meaning to your life altogether. You know you are committed to someone, and that brings about a lot of changes in the way you deal with your partner, as well as your life. The tag of marriage brings about some discipline in your head, with some boundaries, and a list of dos and don’ts, which you are not likely to respect when you are not married to your partner.
