lol dont mind him. He said he was waiting at sub 1or even 80k but is now angry that we refused to sell to him at 1.15. Shebi he said he would buy at 80k, We will not sell to him ontill that price. I done belle full for diamond. Just waiting for q3 result and the rally that would follow. They are sure to make over 500% growth in profit after tax. The will do dangflour by q3 result.
NOT A BUY RECOMMENDATION, JUST A PERSONAL OPINION.
Mind you about 4months ago it's the same Diamondbk we bought 90kobo and Sold btw N1:29 & N1:35k
While you are dreaming of your 500% profit I'm already out with 10-15% Profit..

You see the difference is clear that's why we've been relevant in NSE for the past 15yrs no time for dividend or long story.

pple are still looking at okomu of 2012/2013 when they pay us N7 dividend with 1 to 1 bonus grin grin grin,, they have the capacity then because their book was full of free cash supported their earnings grin

though they still declare good earnings but nt much cash backing d reason they never come closer to 2012/2013 dividend bonus declaration grin. grin

in my opinion based on current Q2 report their fair price stand at N35 grin grin i hope they improve on their numbers by Q3 and Q4 otherwise okomo may range within N50 - 80

Analysis paralysis cheesy
There r value stocks and there r growth stocks my friend
Okomu has become more like a growth stock. If you look properly, it doesn't need dividend
Declaration to shoot upwards. All it needs is performance consistency grin
Mind u, (1) ts no longer a penny stock and most importantly, (2) at current performance, u may not get it below 100 in one year time(take note of this)!!

You are just so unfair to Okomu Oil. #70-80 is fair for Okomu at their current level. The potentials of that company hasn't been unleashed yet. Their growth potential is the deal. Policies are in their favour.
They have single digits interest loans even with soaring interest rate in Nigeria. All things been equal, we will see again this time next year and compare notes.

Diamond is coming from one side, while fidelity comes from the other. The question now is "where would they meet"

Boss,,, i can now see what you people are seeing. i trust my system unless a mistake along the line. i have discovered one here grin on the basis of my analysis i used 3 month data ONLY as highlighted red below instead of 6month to june. may be i overlook due to the way the report is being presented. grin this mean my N35 fair price only meant for period of 3 month btw april - june but not the current fair price of the stock grin

I got my dividend yesterday, you will get yours within the week, if not today.

I had the same experience with Zenith bank, months after I filled my e-dividend form, no message, but a day after I received message from NIBBS my dividend landed.

Just thought I should share this here since we also have people on this forum urging people to go for more cryptos.

JPMorgan's Dimon says bitcoin 'is a fraud'

NEW YORK (Reuters) - Bitcoin "is a fraud" and will blow up, Jamie Dimon, chief executive of JPMorgan Chase & Co (N:JPM), said on Tuesday.

Speaking at a bank investor conference in New York, Dimon said, "The currency isn't going to work. You can't have a business where people can invent a currency out of thin air and think that people who are buying it are really smart."

Dimon said that if any JPMorgan traders were trading the crypto-currency, "I would fire them in a second, for two reasons: It is against our rules and they are stupid, and both are dangerous."

Dimon's comments come as the bitcoin, a virtual currency not backed by any government, has more than quadrupled in value since December to more than $4,100.

Bitcoin is a digital currency that enables individuals to transfer value to each other and pay for goods and services bypassing banks and the mainstream financial system.

While banks have largely steered clear of bitcoin since it emerged following the financial crisis, the virtual currency has a range of people who support it, including technology enthusiasts, liberterians skeptical of government monetary policy and speculators attracted by its price swings.

"Like it or not, people want exposure to bitcoin," Edward Tilly, chairman and CEO of exchange group CBOE Holdings Inc . (O:CBOE), said at the same conference.

CBOE has applied with U.S. regulators to launch a bitcoin futures contract and a bitcoin exchange traded fund on its venues.

Any good trade is started with a difference of opinion, Tilly added. "So Jamie can be on the short side and the issuers and those trading in physical can be on the long side, and it sounds like we have a great trade.”

Dimon may also be on the other side of another bitcoin trade closer to home.

At another conference about two hours later, Dimon said that one of his daughters had bought some bitcoin.

"It went up and she thinks she's a genius now," Dimon said at the CNBC Institutional Investor Delivering Alpha Conference.

Thank God you people don't predict/assume monikers as you do your stocks. Your accounts would've been in red by now (if they aren't already).

Smfh.

I don't know why a grown man would think another grown man would sit down and open different accounts to be posting on one thread. This is terribly sad.
