Anyone doing real time trades here?
Please what brokers do you use?

What software or platforms do you use?

What online resources or tools do you use for both technicalities and fundamentals ?

I am working on a relaunch across stocks, forex and cryptos...

I need answers from all elders with the knowledge of the lay of the lands smiley

Thanks!

Emmanuel

This thread is doing more harm to the NSE
NSE. Majority of peeps here only know how to say bad things about the market. Any small national negative news is blown out of proportion here! Do you know the number of people this thread has scared away from investing in Nigerian stocks?

I know stocks here don't do very well but the good ones are suffering too due to the altitude.
Series of hurricanes are hitting the u.S but their exchange is still in business. Why condemn your means of income?
Someone will see a stock making gains and start criticizing the stock, maybe because he missed the bus not caring about the people in the bus.
All these pessimistic people here that only create fear on bad news, have you ever seen them say something good about the market outside during good bullish times.
They should keep up the negative propaganda, keep on scaring people away from your market instead of the opposite.even an illiterate in ladipo will be canvassing for outside customers during hard times but here we scare them away.
That's is your opinion and it's not bad, many have different reason to pass information, some with positive reason, while some with negative reason.

I remembered, when I was busy shouting before 2015 election, that people should sell, I was tag Mr bear, but what latter happened, people losses over 200 - 400% of their share worth, while some sold and latter bought times three of their previous units with the same amount.

Market work with news, that why foreign investors are ahead of us.

Love the bolded... grin However, what do you think could be responsible for this consistent fall? Is someone manipulating the stock? undecided

Bought almost a million at N6.05 and had to reduce my position to 200k units to cut losses.

To buttress your point, Speculation is the primary determinant of stock prices in the whole world.A good stock rcv poitv spec, while a bad one got negative spec
Same goes for real estate players.

Is like Tritri nairaland account is not existing anymore, as his account is showing nobody.

Maybe he took the decision after losing over #2.5 million in Oando.

Don't trade or speculate with money you can't afford to lose.
If you must borrow money to invest, make sure you have the cash flow to pay back. Hoping to pay back your loan through capital appreciation could lead to bankruptcy , depression, untimely death or suicide.

NSE gurus,

Please, what does it mean when a company closes its register.

If a company is set to close register from 21st to 25th, can I sell my shares on the 21st and still get its dividends or must I wait till after 25th?

Thanks.
