Biafra: I hope Nnamdi Kanu will show up soon – Falana
dailypost.ng

Human rights lawyer, Femi Falana, has said he hopes Nnamdi Kanu will still show up so as not to jeopardize the liberty of the sureties who signed his bail papers.

According to him, Kanu may have left the country for the United Kingdom where he is also a citizen since his survival in Nigeria is risky.

He further said that he believes that the life of the embattled leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, is in danger.

Falana told Punch newspapers: “Mind you, Nnamdi Kanu and his wife and children are British citizens. He may have left the country to join his family in the United Kingdom. While campaigning for Biafra he never threw away his British passport.

“I hope he has not run away so that he does not jeopardise the liberty of his sureties. It is an irony that Kanu, who is leading the struggle for the Balkanization of Nigeria, has dual citizenship, while Mr. Shettima Yerima, who gave the notice to quit to Igbo people in the North lives in Lagos.

“For sure, Kanu’s life may be in danger. When armed soldiers invaded Odi in Bayelsa State or Zaki Biam in Benue State, they killed scores of people.

“Everybody’s life in Nigeria is in danger. Nigerians are shot dead in their homes by armed robbers or on the roads by soldiers or policemen or by armed herdsmen on their farms. So, it is a risky business to survive in Nigeria.

“Even President Muhammadu Buhari had to be flown to Britain for medical attention because his life was in danger here. So, nobody is safe in our country.”

If you want to fight for a course ensure that you are overboard, or else the same laws you are fighting against may fight against you

To win a perfect course you should know our fight isn't against mortal, but against principalities and against power

Against the rulers of this present world darkness, that means those evil agenda which has kept men in bondage and

Against spiritual wickedness in high places, from the united nations to the local government chairman, they are initiated to enslave the poor....

Wake up and fight the spirits. STOP fighting men

His headless followers won't see this.

What's Falana saying about Kanu's passport, is it his passport Nig govt seized or what ?
This man should know that he's well respected and should not be speaking without facts. Hope he's not trying to be mischievous.

Read what I attached below about Kanu's passport...

Falana is just a typical Afonja. No matter how old they are, they still think the same way. Even my toddler knows that NIGERIAN GOVERNMENT OR THE COURT CONFISCATED KANU'S BRITISH PASSPORT. The fact that Falana, a lawyer, SAN, pretends not to know this, tells me he is an afonja. Kanu is around and he is going no where. HIS LIFE IS IN DANGER AS YOU SAID BECAUSE THEY INVADED HIS HOME TO KILL HIM. HE WILL NOT COME OUT TO ATTEND ANY USELESS COURT PROCEEDINGS UNTIL THERE IS ASSURANCE HE WILL NOT BE HARM BY NIGERIAN GOVERNMENT OR UNTIL THE PENDING INTENTIONAL PROTECTION ORDER FOR HIS SAFETY IN NIGERIA IS APPROVED

How did Kanu escape from his house that was under surveillance by the Nigeria military intelligence? How did he escape from a house that was ambushed and surrounded by the Nigeria army?

I think Nigeria military should disclose the whereabout of Nnamdi Kanu. I don't believe that he escaped from that house except he is some kind of magician.

I have this weird feeling that the worst might have happened to him. Where are the Igbos? They should know where he is? If he escaped, there must be someone with him. He can't just disappear and if the Nigeria army took him away, someone might have seen something.

IPOB supporters should also stop posting fake and old videos of his rallies claiming that he is back.

Some words are not spoken but are audible to the deaf. Falana (SAN) said nothing new but have said it all.

Is NK still alive in Nigeria?

My doubt knows no bound!

I thin it's arrant laughable that people keep pointing at the fact that Nnamdi Kanu has British passport and as such should not be fighting for Biafra. For one, Nnamdi Kanu is not an elected government official and should not be subject to the verbal whims and caprices of an elected official. You people should beam your searchlight to the hundreds or thousands of Nigerian leaders who keep shouting ONE NIGERIA but have British, Canadian and American passports.

Ipob...I think they are the most deluded people. I actually admire their courage and determination...but the way they go about the struggles make people hate them. from hate speeches to chest beating and picking a fight with whoever go against them, it's just endless. Kanu who's a frontier of the struggles has gone AWOL. the guy doesn't have investment here... same with Tompolo. now, this
People are saying it's Soldiers that arrest him. I pitied those innocent souls that was wasted by these miscreants who don't witness the civil war. If you wanna break away... go about it legally instead of drumming war.

If Nnamdi Kanu is dead, missing or in Nigerian government custody, I assure you, Radio Biafra will be on fire on that like they did when he was arrested; they knew right-away. I think he is in a secured location, and directing all the recent rallies you see going on abroad. If indeed he escaped despite all the surveillance, it shows Nigerian military is useless.

What a fxxing Janus-faced idiot this Falana is.

A supposed human rights lawyer, he is DEAFENINGLY silent on the crimes against humanity committed by Nigerian soldiers in Umuahia and Aba, but he is more interested in Nnamdi Kanu showing up soon, even though he admits that Kanu's life is in imminent danger. undecided

I want to throw up when I hear these morally bankrupt loudmouths speak publicly and expect to be taken serious.

Nnamdi Kanu doesn't direct any rallies abroad. Where did you get this information from. If he is still alive, he should speak.
