The army's long record of human rights abuse and unprofessional conduct in the south east and South South explains why they are unwanted, untrusted, and unloved. People simply don't want to have anything to do with the average soldiers as they are seen as primitive bullies and oppressors. That's the situation here, not ignorance. Isn't this clear to you?

Doctors usually visit the community leaders, church & mosque to explain.
