my cousin uses ameritrade before ,after which the government policy which has blacklist Nigeria and other countries ,thus he was told to leave but still use their platform but not for trading but research ,i think he now use another firm ,which gave him exception to trade base on, he is an old client. However, most company dont accept Nigeria,it depends on the clearing house that the stock broking firm is using that would determine if they would accept a Nigeria. If a Stockbroking firm accept Nigeria and the stock broking firm changes clearing house for better service ,they might tell u to leave
why d blacklisting?

It appears as the Treasury Bills and Bonds rates drop, the NSE is receiving increased attention.

That is how it works on Broad Street.
I just left my bank, applying and asking for prematurely termination of my Treasury Bills investments which will mature in April and June 2018.

Guys please does anyone here trade US stocks from Nigeria? How do you do it and what broker do you use?
I have been learning and following US stock news $XPLR, $IZEA, $HMNY, but top US brokers just don't allow Nigerians open accounts why is this so? Even Ghanians and Zambians can open accounts with the brokers such as tdameritrade.com and robinhood.com but not Nigeria. Does anyone know how I can start trading on the US market?
Then again, I won't ask if anyone makes money trading Nigerian stocks, but I know it has to be long term. Trading on the American stock exchange you can day trade and bag a huge profit in a single day infact under an hour. But in terms of day trading, is it profitable? cause I can't see a stock at 20 Naira being profitable in anyway! the volume would have to be pretty large like lets say 10 million for you to make anything of it and that would even be like gambling. And I don't see anything moving Nigerian stocks up like news for example? no site to monitor stocks etc except them pump and dump guys. If it is then like how much do you make day trading minimum? So Am I wrong please is it profitable day trading?

Please the main questions are the ones bolded

There was a thread on that about 2 years ago. search nairaland investment section or business section. it should be on either of the two threads

Very funny result. Was there any debt to share conversion on FO? Total comprehensive income almost doubled but I don't understand their EPS.

Am sure you must have sold at 97k when offers were many at N1.00. Whenever you buy any share, the price nosedives! And immediately you sell same stocks, it starts going up north. Eg. Dangflour, Oando, etc.... and utimately $$$...
