This is really difficult, because we are humans and having urges is in our nature.

Alot of people might immediately suggest wanking to satisfy the urge. But that is a part you MUST NOT follow.

It seems you do not want to engage in fornication and that's very commendable.

On how you can control your urges, just a few suggestions

1. Regardless if you're m/f. Do a lot of exercise
2. Lower your gaze, avoid looking at/fantasizing about the opposite sex
3. Be wary of those you hang out with

Step 1. Have faith in our Lord JESUS CHRIST for this great miracle and accept Him as your Lord and personal Savior.

Step 2. Ask for help and directions from the HOLY SPIRIT

Step 3. Begin to perceive and see YOURSELF AS A God, KNOWING THE WORTH IN YOURSELF AND TRY TO IMITATE WHAT GOD WOULD IN EVERY CIRCUMSTANCE AND SITUATION.

Tip: approach the steps in ascending order and skip non. Considering it's importance, it's quite a huge journey, so don't expect any quick results because rewiring your entire system, to be God like GOD takes quite an amount of time. it might even take a year or two to begin to feel God. As any other glorious process, you are going to fall so many times... Remember to be prayerful and pick yourself up as much as possible.
