Hi, the problem I had might be different from yours. Mine happened because I had an account there before (account created to register a domain name for nairalanders oil and gas job applicant. I believe crudedude might remember as we were in same whatsapp group back in 2013/2014) and I didn't remember but went ahead to try to open 2 accounts with same email address as the first one. So, they refused to process my application subsequently.

Complaint was reported and I was told that I had an account there before. They said if I know the username for the first one, I can ask for the account to be reinstated, which was deactivated due to inactivity.

Well, that is how we solved it eventually.

2. Verified bidder form - fill, sign and scan

They also requested for scan copy of your credit card; see a snip of the mail i got. Mine was processed in two days.

NOTE: I submitted the recent receipt from my online purchase at godaddy as well as POS receipt after buying fuel with my the same debit card.
