We have implied consent too and all her actions can be construed as implied. It could have made a lot of difference if she had reported to the police when she was first raped. lol... These your cross examination questions will even be giving her time to think and explain. If she meets someone like me, my boss or any lawyer that had worked with him, after the cross-examination she would not hesitate to withdraw her case against the man. In my firm, we ask closed questions couched in a way that you would even unknowingly implicate yourself. She should not bother suing else she would be slaughtered in Court. Most lawyers have zero chill!
