Nigeria’s leading indigenous energy group, Oando Plc, has moved its head office from its present location to another area.

The embattled oil firm, in a statement to the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) today, disclosed that it was moving to another office complex within Lagos metropolis.

According to the statement jointly signed its Head of Corporate Communications, Alero Balogun and the Chief Compliance Officer/Company Secretary, Ayotola Jagun, the new office is at 9th–12th Floor,

The Wings Office Complex, 17a Ozumba Mbadiwe, Victoria Island, Lagos.

This movement, according to Oando, is effective from Monday, December 4, 2017.

Oando’s head office is presently at 2, Ajose Adeogun Street, Victoria Island, Lagos.

However, the statement said, “The company’s telephone numbers and email address remains unchanged.”

https://www.businesspost.ng/2017/11/30/oando-relocates-head-office-new-location/

The new office location (a state of the art structure called The Wings ) was actually built by Oando with Standard Bank Group and one other sponsor.

Pls what is the real eps of transcorp. Proshareng is saying 8kobo, some persons are saying 20kobo and others are saying 25kobo.

About 20k but only 8kobo is due to the shareholders of the company as at Q3'17. The balance is due to Non-Controlling Interest (Eg investors in TUPL who are not shareholders in the parent company)

It's clearly a N3 + stock. When it would get there is another matter and a test of your patience....But be sure it would get there.

oga mi.calm down.
Tomorrow is no more far except the FG extends the public holiday.
With the trading tomorrow,we will understand the direction of the stock.
All we need now is a follow up news to justify such a transaction if no justifiable news, the market will have a decision over the Transactions and this week will be a week to chase out the faint hearted ones(I am included) here.Who knows if this is a strategy for the core investors to hunt the minority shareholders shares(smelling something here).

One thing that makes me happy is with Elumelu trying to do what Dangote did,I see Transcorp as another Dangote flour and also a leader in the power sector of Nigeria..................I have #5 in sight.
U need medicated eye glasses Loco

I also have a one of my highest investment capital, sunk in Transcorp. I might recover a substantial part of the money in long term. Hence, I put the issue behind me and focus on other stocks. I only have some money trapped in Oando. But I got to move on with other stocks. There are too much hypes about these two stocks in this forum. Please concentrate on other stocks and move on.

PERIOD OF TAKING DECISION AT THE RIGHT EDGE OF THE MARKET

Many of the equities closed at points where one is not sure if the uptrend will continue. Nevertheless as a trader/regular investor one may need to decide what to buy or sell.

The chart below showed the position of CI Leasing, the price as it is standing at the upper end of a median line, saying price is at a top and may not be safe to buy as at now. However, looking at the fact that the price has fallen while other equities in the sector has been assisted by the recent listing of Global Spectrum, at what price can I start buying again. Given what I see, the safest thing to do is to wait till the price gets to NGN1.11. At this price the market should have bottom out.

The median line has been very good in preventing one from buying at the top.

On the All share index, the uptrend is likely to continue, as the resumption of positive trend will attract more participants into the market. I expect the year end rally to start from about 17 to 22 of December 2017. Therefore, this is the right time for one to position himself for this temporary rally.

Also it may be time to start looking at the stocks recently admitted to the MSCI index ( PZ and FBNH). PZ will be a good buy at NGN20.00 and FBN may likerly have good movement once it closes above 7.50

Thumbs up to everyone still keeping this thread informative, intellectually engaging and entertaining...After a short pursuit of personal development, yours truly is back... grin

I see most stocks outperforming the market between now and next year. The gradual return of stability in the economy supported by crude oil price rebound, improvement in macro-economic indicators and paradigm shift in monetary policy on broad money continue to impact positively on the market..

Based on this, I am bullish on the following stocks; transcorp, diamond, lafarge, M&B, diamond, FBNH, DF (best stock of the year- in my opinion), DS, FO and Oando...

DD advised....good morning.
