The reasons why I will sell a stock are predetermined and stock on full offer is never one of them.

I feel shocked whenever I hear that someone sees full offer, and go ahead to sell. A full offer that might even end up in price appreciation at the end of proceeding.
Or, your stock ended in a loss today, or even 3 days consecutively, then, your next action is sell!
Then, which stock are you going to be buying?
This forum is full of great intellectuals and analysts, but I must say trading maturity and wisdom is still rating very low.

Like full offer on DF yesterday simply is taking of profit by some short or medium term players. It is not meant for long term .Before entering a stock is always better to put some parameters in place to guide against market noise. Full offer on DF some weeks back is still creating pains in the mind of some traders. While full offer on sub optimal stock like Caverton is a big warning sign. You should be able to interpret what is happening with information from the market.
