I also know how important KC is to you but I have stopped engaging in e-brawl so I would not give you what you want

At least you can tell us how you are related to the player

it is good you talk reasonable...
you seems to be so good wit words...and but no common sense to spice it up...

calling a player age cheat on a public forum like this...wit no visible evidence and proof is not right bro....

Where is your evidence to this claim and more importantly a picture

It is not like the Nigeria system is what we don't know about.I have friends also who participate in grassroots football.

Do you ask yourself the 'performance of 9ja players post-30 yes of age? compared to their Europeans, Asian,N.Africans and to some extent the S.Americans'

Many things

This is kelechi in 2010, receiving the top scorer award when he was in the Nff under 13.

Facts facts facts facts.Don't give us 'here say' or what you want to be.
What is shocking?People saying the real things or are they biased and unrealistic?Football is not a family game or enterprise, you have no option than saying what is the true state of things no matter who is involvedYou are the sentimental one here because you want us to give support to players regardless of their performance in respect to their counterparts You are contradicting yourself, if the facts and figures presented are not false then I see no reason why we should not admit they are not good enoughI can't quite figure out what you mean here.We should be biased because they are citizens of Nigeria? We should engage in unreasonable talks, deceive ourselves, reject the reality because some other nationals are supportive of their mediocre players?Threatened by who and who?Bench warmers? Players in non elite European league?
You are not telling us why Moses deserve this award.
If it is the Administration aspect or hosting rights I can say you have a point but it is about your ability on the field of play

How much did he contributed the success?Did the other players performed below?
<laughs till tears surface>BBC award that was voted for by Fans?As a Liverpool fan I didn't even take part in the vote because I was confident that Salah would win with the support of the Egyptians.

Salah won the UCL player of the week this season in the first week ahead of Messi, even with his performance Vs Juventus!Neymar, Kane etc..

If Moses decides to run for the President of CAF,/FIFA position,Fashion,Non performance based awards Nigerians will support him

I don't need to give you any fact oga about comments I read here from forumites here. Just read backward you will find them. Again, in trying too much to make a point and blur me out as baseless, you ended up making not even a single sense except to showcase your writing skills. Anyway, next time don't be too quick to quote people without reading deeply into their written words. Don't just read with your eyes, read with your mind and learn a thing or two instead of trying to point out faultless faults... Thank you!

Just like some people on this thread thinks he is undeserving of the award likewise the many more of those who abstained or didn't vote for him.

Salah has provided the numbers which made to be available for nomination.Support is a little matter to the Egyptians.

What is the population of the Egyptian football community to that of Nigeria? If it was a game of numbers

Did I say they've always been getting it right?.
But from 2013, things have improved.
I'm still baffled when people dispute the age of Iheanacho who have played in various cadres of the national team (starting from the under 13) but keep sealed lips at the old man facie of players like Ola Aina because he is FB ( just using him as an example)

Perhaps, we include the 'Oyo Oriki' in his invitation letter to swell his head. That boy is good.

Iwobi is among the big boys.. He doesn't play these kinds of games.. Wenger rates him highly.
And this is very good for his development. Arsenal is one of the best top teams for young chaps to grow and build confidence Probabably because they play positive football and depend more on team work(possession of the ball) than defensive tactics.

Nigeria FF boss questions Caf's Awards criteria after Moses snub
goal.com Dec 19, 2017 4:30 PM

Amaju Pinnick reckons the Super Eagles star performed very well in 2017 and should have made the final cut for the Player of the Year gong

Nigerian Football Federation president Amaju Pinnick believes Super Eagles attacker Victor Moses did just enough to deserve a spot on the final shortlist of nominees for the prestigious Caf African Player of the Year award.

The Chelsea winger was arguably the biggest of seven casualties as the continental football governing body announced its ultimate category nominees for the awards gala slated for January 4 in Accra on Monday.

The winger was seeking to become the first Nigerian to win the top honour since Nwankwo Kanu in 1999, after a largely successful 2017 campaign for club and country.

“I’m not happy because I feel that Moses should be part of the last three," Pinnick told Citi Sports.

"The only reason why [Riyad] Mahrez won the award last year was because of what he did with Leicester [City].

"And Moses helped Chelsea to win the league; played in the FA Cup final; and helped Nigeria qualify for the World Cup. So I wonder why."

Egypt international Mohamed Salah, 2015 winner Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang of Gabon and Senegal striker Sadio Mane made the final trio.

"I’m surprised. Maybe we should look at other criteria either than coaches who already have their mindset about who they want to vote for," Pinnick added.

"Tell me what Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang did last year to deserve a place ahead of Moses. Aubameyang should not be on that list. He’s struggling with [Borussia] Dortmund.”

“I am going to send a proposal to CAF for a new idea of selecting the players because certainly I’m not happy."

Moses also recently missed out on the BBC African Footballer of the Year award, a gong picked up by Liveroool's Salah.

It's also funny that you said I should go play in Europe. Am I a footballer?

I know that our boys will be one of the fairy tale teams in Russia.

I only pointed an observation that Moses was a wing back and it'll be nice if one of our attackers could also vie for the award.

Iheanacho just gifted Mancity a goal. Losing the ball in the midfield.

So what were the defenders doing? Funny a Nigerian gets blamed for losing the ball in midfield when balls are lost a lot in midfield. Manchester City took their chance well and the Leicester City defence went to sleep. That is not Iheanacho gifting Manchester City a goal in any way.

this is such an unforgivably stupid question

What did he do with them? Were you asleep when Kelechi was scoring goals with cameos? Was your TV off when even pundits could not understand why Pep benched Nacho despite the fact that he performed when Jesus and Aguero were out?

And how many opportunities did Claude Puel give Kelechi that you are asking this mumu question?

Such an unforgivably useless question that reeks of ignorance. I am pissed off that you would even ask something so stupid just because you want to make some point.

Before you lower the tone of this discourse, let me bring to your notice some of the principles that underpin the nature of football.

Firstly, you are only as good as your last game what gives you indisputable quality is continous consistent performances over time.

Pep eventually benched and let KC go because he was simply not as good as Aguero, Gabriel, Sana and Raheem only the best will do for Pep no second best.

He Pep has been vindicated.

When Demarai Grey was forgotten and left out by Shakespeare he knuckled down and kept working. New manager and new opportunity and in his first game he was overwhelmingly outstanding and very rightly got the MOTM. He is now one of the first names on the team sheet.

KC has had enough opportunities but he has failed to step up. When a club like Leicester pay near £30 million pounds for a striker to lead the attack. You are not a youth player you must hit the ground running NO EXCUSES.

As it is you are making excuses for the inexcusable, I know you are very emotive but objectivity is required here not just blind support.

Lots of players have rough patches. A player is as good as his career. Not his last game. Iheanacho showed zeal and hardwork today. That is what is required for him. There is no vindication of Pep. He wanted more from Nacho but Nacho felt a move is a better choice. Not vindication.

Nacho will get more chances to prove himself in the future. Judge him after his career. Not in the early stage of it.

Bro, I didn't mean to be rude. I just don't like a situation where we always criticize or write off our players because "they are not working hard enough". I mean, how do you know that the only reason why they are not playing is because they are not working hard enough? Take Kelechi, for instance, this young man was getting decent playing in a star studded Mancity team, but went to Leicester City and suddenly can't get playing time any more? There's something wrong with that picture. And like I have always said, sometimes it doesn't always has to do with the player.

Romelu Lukaku was riding the pine at Chelsea under Mourinho and had to move to Everton to rehabilitate his game. And guess who came calling? The same Mourihno who had offloaded him at Chelsea!
Kevin DeBruyne was offloaded as not being good enough by Mourinho at Chelsea. He went back to Germany for a new start, and today the rest is history.
Juan Mata was offloaded from Chelsea by Mourinho ... he went to Man Utd and today he's the mainstay of Mourinho's team!
VicMo was technically a journeyman at Chelsea ... going from one loan to the other ... until Antonio Conte came, today we know better.
Olivier Giroud is always delivering for Arsene Wenger. But how come that he rarely ever starts a game?

And I can go on and on and on with examples, but I am sure that you got the message. There may be so many reasons why someone isn't playing in a team so, sometimes, we need to defer judgment on them. If a coach doesn't believe in you then

Gray getting left out did not mean he was not quality. Even some chances given to him were not top quality until a shift in the system. Gray kept on working hard and then got his chance.

Puel does not seem interested in Nacho, so Nacho needs to keep working hard until he gets a good run of games.

Writing Nacho off now is like those who wrote Gray off then.

Good. I am glad you're an NBA fan. Now can you tell me why/how Kobe Bryant only won ONE solitary league MVP when players like Steve Nash (who played during his era) won two league MVPs. Does that make sense to you? What am I trying to say? It becomes a popularity contest anytime you ask for voting in a team sports. This doesn't just only happen in NBA either. It happens in all team sports. Like Gerard Pique said, "If Ballon d'Or is given to the best player in the world, Messi would've been winning it since 2009".

It would take a dishonest person to question his place in the Premiership 11,last season.

As for the black Mamba, he was the greatest. His record is pristine. We are talking about someone who had the record all star Mvp award. He was the real definition of a champ.

O pari

first off, the words of his team mate hold no water because that's like your brother endorsing you for a post.

Secondly, you never miss your daily Messi hailing
