What price did you buy the Fidelity and DF If there is a price reversal, are you comfortable holding on and not complaining of losing money. This is very important in stock selection.

After 2008 crash, plenty people had beautiful portfolio but price wasn't beautiful.

Got my fidelity bank shares at 1.30 average

Dangote flour at 6.50 average

For fidelity bank, I already know my exit price. Just waiting patiently.

The numbers are good and the company appears to be the most profitable one in the educational publication sector, consistent with dividend payments but not liquid enough.

Pa Emma don confirm this one. grin

You have a beautiful portfolio!!!. However, the most important thing is the price you bought and not how beautiful the portfolio looks.

DF bought at average of N4.70, DS at N15 and N20, Transcorp N1.44, Oando N5.88, Lafarge @48, and Diamond @N1.50... grin

Exactly. Those who loaded DF at 50k will be so relaxed even if prices comes down to N5. Because the margin of safety is superb!!!

How about them? Can they beat their chest and say even at N5, I believe in the firm.

Akuko uwa!!! (Meaning....story story)

See if the fall is specific, I have issues e.g OANDO. With the current fundamental a general market fall will make me to load more. When the down trend ends they are usually the first to rise. GTB has taught me some lesson.

Lincoln, Jefferson, Madison and the Great Leaders of the US went a long way in creating a system that encourages productivity and spur people to create solutions to humanities problems....The African story is only the exception.

Nigeria's is something else! So much potential...when you think things are getting better...only to find it's getting a lot worse. #SMH

Think you're going nowhere in life?
This is for you
Someone get their degrees at the ago of 22.
Some go back to college at the age of 30.
Some got a job right after they graduated.
Some had to wait for years before finding a truly satisfying job.
Some become the CEO at a young age of 28 and got burnt out much sooner.
Some started their company in their late 50s and went on to change the world.
Some retire at 60.
Some are just getting started at 60.
Everyone you know, works in their "TIME ZONE"
When you look around, you migth think some people are ahead of you and some behind you.
But trust us, everyone is running their race in their own Time.
So don't envy someone who's successful or don't mock someone who hasn't won yet
Because they're in their time zone, just like you're in yours
So, please relax, you're not too late or early, you're on time
And definitely in your TIME ZONE.
Donn't Forget, You're in Your Tine Zone.

Important stock market notes:

1. The bulls make money, the bears make money; only the pigs get slaughtered

2. Buy low, sell high; enter the uptrend, exit the downtrend

3. Never fight the market. kiss

And I believe these were what Isaac Newton saw in 1720 when he entered into the stock market and lost so much that he wrote:

"I can calculate the motions of the planets but I cannot calculate the madness of men"

Unilateral Exclusivity..... Oga Newton learnt that theorem the hard way.

What is wrong with Oando?
If Wale survive this attack I believe Oando will come out stronger.
The fundamentals are strong looking at the improving pricing of crude oil.
The only problem I see with Oando is Mismanagement which directly or indirectly the probe will solve.
Expect a stronger Oando afterward.

Coolcash1, Same way you lend money to the FG by subscribing to bonds or TBs, PFAs have also been lending.
Also note the figure quoted is since inception so your scam alert seems unfounded.
