I would like to see how Diamond deployed their 61m euros in Q1 too. It's actually premature to think that Fidelity will always remain ahead of FCMB and Diamond. Since I started following the trio in 2012, Fidelity has always trailed in price. But then, change is the only constant thing in life.

You are right. But, as at now, O and O offer/bid does not make much difference, except that it has offer escape route for those trapped under the technical suspension saga, while those that bailed them out will also be trapped until the issue with SEC is finally resolved.
