locodemy: i sold part of my ACCESS at ATH dis morning as shown below , reasons last nite i check Access 2016 audited report the eps was 2.5x and 40k was paid as dividend. at current Q3 we have 1.95 so there might not be too much different in the coming audit report when compare to 2016. assuming they improve on the dividend they will pay something around 60k that around 5% yield also checking at 2013 price moment of access is not that excellent compare to other stock lastly ACCESS Q3 is good but how much is going to be their impairment charge at financial year eend? 2 Likes |

emmanuelewumi: https://www.iol.co.za/business-report/companies/sale-of-lafarge-africas-sa-unit-may-be-on-cards-say-experts-12620000 Dangote is one of the regional cement companies being touted as a front-runner to bag Lafarge South Africa alongside others, such as Twiga and Bamburi, which are said to be more profitable and in a better financial position to turn-around fortunes at the South African cement manufacturer. “Possible buyers could include Dangote Cement, Bamburi Cement (LafargeHolcim), and Twiga Cement (Heidelberg), as these firms are more profitable, generate stronger cash flow and are able to take on more debt to fund acquisitions,” the cement industry experts at Exotix noted. They should concentrate on the Nigerian market....this is where the money is. |
