Asmaraabc: Nothing wrong at all my brother. That strategy is right if it works for you. Where i think it becomes wrong is this: you bought a stock at N1, you sell the stock at N2. You made 100% gain. When the stock got to N4, you still entered it at that price of N4. Why sell in the first place? The page FX posted is telling us to sit tight.if we both bought at N1 and I say still till N4, this is 300% gain Whereas Yiu exited at 100% gain(when it was N2) and looking to come back at N4. The person who sat still maybe selling on you. All strategies are ok so long as you make money. However more is made when you don't follow the fluctuations. 2 Likes |

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by GTay(m): 10:49am On Jan 15, 2018 |
RabbiDoracle: True, but what if he re-invested his 100% gain elsewhere and made equally good returns. I have learned not to trade by hope/greed too much. Once I enter, I know my stop loss and exit gain (%) and do my best to stick to it. (Howbeit how difficult it may be to exit). |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by Nobody: 10:49am On Jan 15, 2018 |
mendes911: I now see reasons why you have problems with people in this forum. Didnt i tell everyone my intension in Transcorp earlier? Didnt i tell you i am targetting the new 52wks high to exit or remain? Why should i follow you and keep stocks when i see value in other stocks? I sighted value in oando and took advantage of it.For Transcorp, reversal will come and the bull continues. ANOTHER T-BILL MATURING TOMORROW..........THE BULL CONTINUES FROM WEDNESDAY. GOODLUCK TO EVERYONE WHO IS GOOD IN TIMING THE MARKET. |
