Mangal's petition was the reason for SEC's findings, the same findings that called for the audit. The man says he has withdrawn his petition and some hungry ossg are looking for who will oil their hands.

Who will pay the 160 million naira forensic audit fee? SEC or OSSG?

I guess SEC findings will disappear because the petition was withdrawn cheesy

OandO will pay for the FORENSIC audit.

I pity the minority shareholders who will eventually pay for the mismanagement

Wrong I don't join the herd. I will still sell my diamond at above 5. The price will have to drive to 1.20 before you say I am trapped

Gbam !! ...For this fall shall do a turn around by the next 2 market days !!
...So i'll strongly advise folks who did'nt take some profit at their highs not to panic sale. ...The loss u see now is only on paper, so just consider it vitual. ...It only becomes real when u sell, so control ur emotions folks !! cheesy grin
In any case if u cannot control ur emotions/fear when things go sour, then u don't deserve to reap from it when the going is smooth.

There are 2 options here;
1) For the pros, its a simple matter of taking a deep breath, relax the mind and try to look out for ways to realign one's portfolio for the next phase of optimum yeild/return.
2) For the 'Lilly-liverd' DO NOTHING. ...just take a nap with Mr TIME. ...For in due course many of these coys will still head pass their last 52 weeks high.
...My 'black room veiw' continues to see a few ploted shake out in the activities of Mr TIME. grin grin

NOTE: DD always advised pls.

He will dislike Wanaj0 ONLY if he doesn't know him. Wanaj0 has maintained that buyers will always make money buying oando shares and some will definitely lose money.

Both has happened to me and oando practically made me ditch long term investing.

I bought at N14.+ after one of those several right offers and watched this stock trade above N28.00 but didn't sell. I was looking long term....

Ended up selling at about N8 after it dropped to about N6 and rebounded.

TS might be lifted tomorrow and the share price will go up but if care is not taken, those guys rejoicing today might be looking for buyers at N4 later on.

When you are told that the market is flooded with goods, will you bother wasting your energy and transport, for your goods to get to same market.

Lets keep watching.

It is normal....when exit door gets narrowed, people tend to make their short term position to become long term.

Provided 'school fees' money was not used for the short term position. Some people go defer their going to school till the far future be that!!!

You need to change the lens that you are using to view 'long term'. It was pretty clear what the Long Term for OandO is looking like smiley

This is still registration fees. School fees never start. Application fee was paid 2 weeks ago but some traders were lucky to get a refund (those that stayed back!

Should this enter next week, that's when school fees start counting.

All these happened before the downfall of oil price. Am also not saying that oando currently has any long term hope.

Seriously, if oil hadn't taken that kinda nosedive, Oando won't be doing so badly (though the stealing would have continued though).

You can hardly go wrong with fundamentally sound stocks. It is a matter of time before the market will recognise the value.

Same for stocks with no 'value'. It is a matter of time before the market will recognise how useless a stock is. Danger is when you want to jump out of those socks, it can be almost impossible!

Those buying now got money when United Capital was 72kobo but were not interested.

Oando's problem had LITTLE to do with Oil Price. You think the findings by SEC were because of Oil Price.

OandO is a BADLY managed company with no interest of the minority shareholders at heart! They are cowboys who don't follow any rules.

If you want to make money, then BUY the shares of Ocean and Oil. OandO people are their to make money for Ocean and Oil!

Pa Emma please can you explain what this means to me ?

"Kindly be reminded of Flour mills of Nigeria Plc’s ongoing capital raise of N39.8billion through Rights Issue of 1,476,142,418 ordinary shares of 50 Kobo at N27 per share. The offer opened on Monday, January 15 2018 and closes on Wednesday, February 21, 2018. The basis of the offer is 9 (nine) new ordinary share for every 16 (sixteen) ordinary shares held as at December 8, 2017."

FBN and Morgan capital kept on sending me that.. and I don't know ANYTHING about it

Tomorrow, some people might realize that selling today was an opportunity.

I was just thinking to myself this morning. What do we call a situation where no one wants to buy and no one even wants to sell either, in a stock market? Oga Emma, Agba, CurrentPrice, Onegentleguy, Mendes11, Oracle, DeRuggedProf, Yayira and co, etc

I have asked this question because of the way one of my darling stocks is dancing right now on the floor cheesy No one wants to sell, and no one wants to even buy grin

Please, can someone tell me the units of diamond on offer at N2.92? Am getting a conflicting figures. Any one using TRW?

Seems like Diamond is yet to trade the required minimum block for price to reflect N2.92.
