What should I do? How should I accept this level of wickedness and traitor attitude?

I will advise you to burn the two passport and leave the man, he is murderer.

Burn d original copies of d passports of both of dem
Keep d original copy of only ur death certificate and photo copies of the travelling doc
Take d copies sent to US embassy,his office, Nig police and also to a strong lawyer

The man is only playing a game he didn't mean it. May be his wife is a trouble maker, so he just wanted to humble her. He intentionally keep the envelope there for the woman to see. Otherwise such document don't supposed to be in the open place. He knew the woman have seen it. They will eventually sorts it out. Though I stand to be corrected.

If he wanted to humble her, a death certificate is not the way to go except he is telling her that he will kill her if she continues to mess up.

He will be barred to enter the US for life.

Preparating your death certificate while you are still alive and for failing not to inform you before doing such is an act of wickedness and lack of respect for you no matter his excuses that means at the end of the day he will elope with the kids and his lover and leaves you behind despite all you have been through with him.
Take those copies to the embassy ,with your marriage certificate, your work ID, family picture's and anything that proves you are married to him.
Immediately the embassy will cancel the visa and send notification to all their offices, airline and airports, him and his girlfriend will be denies ad Barned from coming to that country for yhr rest of their lives.
If your are scared of the out tell the embassy officials to cancell the visa and carryout their investigation and protect your identity. Trust me he won't know that your are behinh it until he dies just pretend and don't ask him anything, behave as if nothing happened
