For chronic asthmatics, it's tough. Even tho I hv not had an attack in many years. In my younger years , I learnt how not to be to dependent on drugs. And also was able to figure out in notice when my breathing patterns change after an activity and tackle it asap.

My parent are medical practitioners, they tried the orthodox medicine but d attack will still re-occur.
