Per your last question...if Christians opened their Bible to read how God instructed the Israelites to tithe, they would know that they cannot even tithe...

Tithing is not binding on Christians... Jesus gave Christians a better model of giving which would be used to separate the sheeps from the goats...

Read up Matthew 25 v 31-46 for further clarification...

I don't know, but I think it decreases the rate of overpopulation due to lack of reproduction

and also if they want children, they have to adopt thereby doing the society good by decreasing the number of children in orphanages and providing parental care to the adopted children.

well no because it goes against today's social norms. in the beginning, incest was practiced. some cultures still allow people to marry their cousins till recently. I'm not sure if some do today.


I don't know about the wiring, but incest exist in the natural world.
