He needs to send a personal email to President Trump, copying the last 3 American presidents. He'll get an automated response, he should print that out, scan and upload to this PR application.

Future answer.

Do you have any work experience? If no, you are not eligible till you have at least one full year work experience. You can use your NYSC work experience if you have. Please visit page zero of this thread, you will learn a lot and also use your personal circumstances e.g age, education, IELTS scores etc. to calculate your eligibility. Good luck with your studies.

I stated the info I stated in my LOE, every1 got their plans, resigning after PPR, money available during the 6 months before landing. A colleague got his 25% after 13 weeks of resigning.
And the rest is available, even if you're not up to 50 but have relocated permanently from Nigeria. A friend just got his after applying that he doesn't want to come back to Nigeria again, He's not 50 yet. So the Law is one thing, it's applicability is another.

Madam or Oga (Whichever applies) I am not telling you theory o, I am a Legal & Compliance Officer with a renowned PFA in Nigeria. I am telling you what applies in practice. If you are a Nigerian and you are not retired or 50years you can't get 100% of your Retirement Savings Account okay?
Foreigners relocating to their country on the other hand can get 100% if they can show that they have a foreign passport indicating citizenship of another country. Alternatively, maybe what your friend got was his voluntary contributions, there are some categories of contributors that are exempt from the Contributory Pension Scheme that the rule may not apply to. In summary, there are exceptions which is not common but don't be deceived that you can get 100% if you are not 50years and retired and not under the exempted category, it is a wild goose chase.

I won't respond on this subject again, please read the PRA 2014 and other guidelines, regulations, circulars, codes and framework on www.pencom.gov.ng

What does this mean? Know before you land. You would hear a lot of it soon. You would even sing it on the day of your citizenship award.

I have looked for this info all over the cic website but could not find it. Are you sure bro/sis?

It is there for most countries. Type police certificate on the search column on the website. That will lead you there.

Seriously, I will come to your house with pankere and beat you.....there is nothing like too much info, scan everything before I close and open my eyes.

Everything is required please...whole 3 pages

My ogas at the top, I have a (non)question. I was wondering about the Nigeria Police clearance, does it suffice to only upload the page 1, which is the main certificate and leave out the part with the passport and fingerprints on the PR application? Asking just to be certain. my inclination is to use just the page1.
Thanks.

Good day to you.

Kindly suggest a PFA for me. I am confused about the one to choose, but all I want is

A PFA that can issue letters in IRCC format without any ambiguity,

A PFA that will be fast in paying my 25% of RSA in 4 months.

My employer runs a CPFA and I want to transfer my RSA to a PFA within this week.

Secondly, I intend to use my gratuity as well for POF but the issue is that the pension act is silent on gratuity administration. So there's no part of the act that I can extract to prove that my gratuity will be readily available to be used as POF.

Pls what's your advice on this.

Thanks.

Submission is just the begining of an umcertain process. You might want to save some worrying till after submission.

I wish you a speedy process.

Are we talking pension or gratuity as POF? Please clarify.

Seems StanbicIBTC is the most prominent PFA and they will give you the letter you require. You just send an email and specify which of their branches you want to pick the letter from. Is your gratuity the one run by your employer or you are still referring to the Pension Contribution scheme?

Frankly, It might just jolly well be the beginning.
