50 strokes will do but I think it's cos people there dunno what the real stuff tastes like. So she'll rather prepare sub standard stuff to them and manage her ingredients. Igbo sense

Allrice, abeg no finish am o
U will need
3cups of soyabeans
Lime juice
Water

Method
Soak soyabeans overnight.Drain and grind in a blender(add like 3cups of water wen grinding)
Strain d Soyabean through a cheese cloth or sieve
Pour sieved milk in2 a pot and boil on medium heat for 45mins to 1hr.stir frequently to avoid spill over or u can place a wooden spoon or turner across d pot.
Reduce heat and add lime juice(do not stir)
Turn off d heat,cover d pot and set aside 4 an hr
Pour content in a cheese cloth and squeeze out as much milk as possible
Leave 4 4-5hrs to set(apply pressure on it using any heavy thing)
After it has set,cut to desired shape n size and deep fry.
Serve with sauce or u can use yaji for it.
