If you swallow something and it does not pain you, then it does not look like a sore throat.
Since you say that it happens in the morning after waking up from sleep, it means that you may have an inflammation.
I suspect Tonsillitis

Your tonsils are infected. . The tonsils are round balls of lymphatic tissue in the back of your throat.
Everybody have two tonsils one on each side of the throat, just behind the tongue.
It can be caused by mainly by virus Or bacteria .

So Mr man, try penicillin oral tablet .
It's in a small bottle container.
It's very effective for the infection .

For the pain, try diclofen forte.
It will tackle the pain and inflammation

Also gargle with salt water regularly.
You will be fine

Sounds like Sialolithiasis to me. However, a full history, physical examination are required, and then maybe some imaging scan. All can only be done by seeing a specialist in a good hospital. Wish you the best, I can only imagine the distress you are in right now.

I suggest you don't try any of the listed home remedies as they can aggravate whatever is wrong. Only a specialist can make a diagnosis and prescribe the appropriate treatment.

Check your ceiling and environment in your room...could be dust or some other irritants that keep reinfecting you

Make friends with fruits especially oranges, it will help u. Try to dilute honey with warm water and drink. Wish u quick recovery.

The HIV test was likely recommendated by the doc in order to investigate if the immune system is under attack which can cause the body not to respond to treatment effectively.

Show us the seven test you did before any thing otherwise go and brush your teeth

Wrong test you are doing.
Go and test for diabetes

it could be as a result of candida overgrowth in your body system. In that case you will need anti-fungi drugs ( like fluconazole) or you go on anti-candida diet. (likes of non starchy vegetables and stay off high carb diets)

I will advise you stay off antibiotics that can increase the growth of yeast

Hello, am a registered nurse, I don't mean to scare u but chronic pains like yours are usually associated with cancer. Go to a reputable hospital, or a federal hospital. See a doctor, hopefully they can confirm whether it is cancer or not or it can be a non cancerous growth obstructing ur throat. On the other hand, it could b a serious infection that can't b resolved with most antibiotics. It might even require surgery, don't b afraid, early detection is always d easiest way to survive a sickness. U can reach out to me for advice or support. Take care and am praying for u.

GOD! Am currently having the same symptoms coupled with chest pain since Sept as the year...Have done test such as syphilis and HI twice, been to hospital twice, still symptoms persists

Bruv, please go for series of tests as some here adviced....Don't self-medicate. You can't fight what you don't know. Be sure of the problem before fighting it! Go to a teaching hospital and let them carry out extensive tests on you jare!
