When I talk say I no believe the Milost story I was told that it is REAL!!! The numbers just don't add up. No 'unknown' company invest such HUGE amounts in rubbish companies! It can only make sense IF they are doing money laundering

The percentage gap btw the earning of Zenith & GTB is reducing.
Zenith bank is way ahead of GTB in turnover.

Zenith just need to be more efficient and manage their risk assets better.
I strongly believe that Zenith bank will soon overtake GTB in both earning & price.
Like you know, Zenith bank is already ahead in Dividend and Turnover.

I am not badmouthing GTB, GTB is doing very great.

Zenith has always been ahead in these regards. Look in the direction of ROE then you will understand the premium. Same goes for Nestle; PBV correlates most with ROE

The selling continues. For me I will wait till end of next week/when the MPC meeting date is confirmed before placing any buy order. It will not be out of place to see a big drop in prices between now and the confirmation of the new MPC meeting date.

if it was a foreign company with that earnings, the price would have gone up. and no thanks to all these our local company with overbloated OS, l just don't see any wisdom in it. look at amazon share price

I don't do properties any more. The return from rental income is so low that when you figure in legal and every other fee you are left with nothing. I have over 8flats empty here in owerri, some of them had tenants who left without settling their previous rents and electricity bills. Since 2016, I stopped building. Its been stocks and tbills all through. But I wish you luck in your hostel business. Many pple with hostels around FUTO hear in owerri are putting them up for sale at ridiculously low prices. Why not come and buy one it would be cheaper than building from the scratch.
I am presently in court with three of my tenants. I am even pleading with one of them to take the 3years rent he is owing me and leave my house. For where. We have been in court for two years now and he says he will sue me after all. On top my own property.

Thats the childishness i was talking about yesterday and it makes me wonder some people's level of IQ in real life.

They forget that we can not all buy and sell at the same time. Now he thinks he is the smartest of all selling at the highest price forgetting that the buyer he is insulting made it possible for him to sell.

if you can't stick to your workable strategy, this market can send you back to your village sooner than you think. imaging few days ago dangote sugar just move up for two days pple started rushing in with believe of rumor of good result with dividend. same DS lose yesterday and currently at 4% negative today.
