He also brought in Silva to replace Jesus Navas, all the players brought in have consequently led to an improvement in the performances of the team but over here, Mou is still persistent with average players like Young, Smalling, Jones, Lingard etc couple with his overly cautious approach to games.

I agree with this, that's why I have always said that I will always apportion blames to both the manager and the players, what I will not support is that it's Mou that made some of our players redundant or bang average. While Mou conservative approach sometimes made it hard on us but you can never blame Mou for his players not being able to pass, not being able to put in any effort or not being able to create space for themselves.
