I think your question should be rephrased, “Are all men polygamous?” using the zoological definition of polygamy as a pattern of mating in which an animal has more than one mate.My answer is NO, not all men are polygamous, some men are, some women are too, but if that makes you uncomfortable, and you are in a relationship with a man who is, then leave him find someone who will be loyal to you.
